    Here's what I've got from watching the video :) Ingredients: 12 Murder Point Oysters 12 tbsp of butter 2 sprigs of Thyme 2 Tbsp of soy sauce Sport Peppers Vinegar to taste Salt and Pepper to Taste 1/2 lb of Wild Boar Bacon 4 Tbsp Chimichurri Powder to taste 3 thin cut Scallions 1 Large Bag of Uncle Rays Chips 1 Lemon juiced 2 Limes juiced Olive Oil 4 Garlic Cloves Tools Needed: Oyster knife Cutting board Cast iron skillet Mixing bowl Baking sheet or grill pan Grill or stove Instructions: Prepare grill or stove for medium-high heat. Slice bacon thin and cook in cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Shuck oysters just before cooking: Hold oyster flat on towel and wedge knife into hinge to pop shell open. Run knife along top shell to detach and release oyster. Discard top shell. Place shucked oysters on baking sheet and keep chilled until ready to cook. In a mixing bowl, combine butter, thyme, scallions, citrus juices, garlic, 1/2 cup crushed chips, chimichurri powder, soy sauce and vinegar. Mix until blended. Place oysters on prepared grill or grill pan. Top each with 1 tbsp flavored butter. Grill oysters 5-7 minutes until butter boils and bubbles. Top cooked oysters with bacon pieces and remaining crushed chips. Drizzle with vinegar and garnish with green onions. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
