I love food, I love cooking and grilling. Mostly I love smoking the meats. Smoking chicken, beef and pork is not as hard as most people think. A good entry level smoker will make some dang good meat. In episode one of "Smokin The Meat" we use my ‪@PitBossGrills‬ pellet smoker to smoke the most basic piece of meat. Everything in episode 1 was purchased at Wal-Mart for under $450. I kept it simple with premade rub from Pit Boss and Pit Boss's competition blend, hardwood smoking pellets. Threw it in the smoker for around 4 hours at a smoking temp of 180 degrees. It turned out great with a beautiful smoke ring.
This is the first video in this series that I want to to do over the summer.
