I love seafood. Fish, shrimp, crab, lobster, I love it all. Many foods can be cooked a certain way but others can not. Smoking meat in a smoker is great for chicken, pork and beef but I found it's not ideal for Tilapia. I tried, it's good but defiantly needed more seasoning. Also, it doesn't get nice and crispy like it does in a skillet. I tired but I'm not sure if ill do it again.
