Smoked RIBEYE STEAKS on the PO' MAN GRILL | How to Reverse Sear Ribeye Steaks

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Fire up your smokers! We're throwing on some bone-in ribeye steaks. We'll hit 'em with some smoke then finish on direct heat for a juicy, delicious reverse sear. I'm also making a flavorful compound butter that we'll add to the steaks towards the end of our cook. I snagged these right off the shelf at my local grocery store, but you can go even thicker if you get 'em from your local butcher. Let's get to it!

Awesome video! That compound butter is something I definitely want to try next time I do steaks. I also use the Meater +/Meater Block and love the product; you're the only other youtuber I've seen use it so that was kinda cool to see.

WildWest BBQ definitely give it a try it’s awesome ! 2 tsp is a lot of salt lol so if you don’t want it too salty add a little less. This was my one of my first cooks with the meater+ and I loved it. I’ll be using it in all of my videos when possible moving forward !
