Tried this smoke yesterday. Man oh man, that rub and sauce was absolutely fantastic. The biggest surprise for me, was the amount of smoke I got from the Lumberjack fruitwood blend pellets. The smoker was putting out good smoke the entire cook. After the tenting of the pork, I made some good ole uncle bens rice and some steamed broccoli and had that with the pork tenderloin. Once again, thanks for the recipe, it turned out AWESOME!!

Out of all the pellet grills I have ran this is the only one that comes pretty dang close to the smoke profile my old offset produced. Great looking pork. This is the one pork cut I do like doing a simple overnight brine on. Helps give it some extra moisture that's so important with that cut and helps with some additional seasoning. You stayed on point about the neat, but how about that smoker right? I haven't heard you're thoughts on t he fireboard controller yet? Have I missed a video? I don't believe enough is being said about them. Absolutely wonderful. For me they are the new "bar of excellence " that others should strive to beat. Last thing before I go. Sir you're " studio " is looking fantastic.
