Smoked Jerky on my Traeger Grill

Did some jerky on both my Traeger Grills pro 780 and 575. 180° from 4 to 5 hours and it was done. Such an easy process to make your own homemade jerky. I cut against the grain on my jerky and pieces 1/4 inch thick or less. I marinated it all in @jerkygold OG flavor for 12 hours. I always use eye of round beef .

No fat with beef Jerky? Granted yes it has to be eaten quick because it will spoil. Thats where all the flavor is.

Cut off big chunks of fat, leave some on there. Squish it up into a smaller piece but don't cut any of it, put it in the freezer take it out to thaw. Then make the best hogies you've ever had.
