Omg that looks so mouth watering!!! I have my 50th coming up soon & my brother & sister inlaw asked if I wanted a BBQ or a Smoker. Well after watching all the videos of what you can smoke...it's obvious I'm getting a smoker thank you for you delicious bacon burger recipe I'm definitely going make these for my burger nights & anything else I can smoke of course 😋 😉 thanx & I'm definitely subscribing 🍀🍻 New Zealand 🥰💚

He used raw bacon to wrap. Not sure what he used the cooked bacon for. Maybe cut it and mixed with the onions.

Ya, that hit the edit floor.... it was minced and added to the patty meat. Sorry about that.

At what temp did you cook the bacon and the burger?

About 12 minutes into the video he said over 160. A couple of them were 165.
