thank you dear Kent Fire and Rescue Service and dear wiser older couple - and i am so sorry for you that you lost the precious photographs and books, it is horrible to loose precious things you cannot replace - but can some loved ones give you copies of their photos? - i hope you can get the books again, really sympathy anyway, and like yourselves, i am relieved as are many i am sure that you are alive and the rest of your home and little block of flats was safe, your thoughtful and careful and wise behaviour was so helpful to other people and animals, honour and thanks to you both and wishing you well always,
