Ya my wife, that's why I do my best and am grateful that she does the same. No matter how bad it gets its just emotions, walk away, calm down then meet half way, it's always work no matter if it's going good or bad. My ex from 8 years ago I thought was my one but I was completely wrong, she put me through hell but it only trained my to be better and I found my wife after many more mistakes, learning and self reflection, still to this day I'm doing all 3 every day.

Brent and the rest of Shindown has been the absolute best group of therapists I could have ever asked for! It doesn't matter how I'm feeling or what mood I'm in, this band seems to find a way to teach me a lesson, or pick me up no matter what! Those guys are lifesavers and so incredibly talented people 🤘

He could sing the back of a pop tart box and I would still be in awww with his amazing voice

This song reminds me of an old friend who took her life 17 years ago, I still think of her often and have literally had nights of no sleep thinking of her. I shared this song with her mom recently and I made her day just by letting her know that her daughter is not forgotten and someone else is still thinking of her.

This song absolutely kicks my ass in so many ways. I did some bad things, and it cost me THE love of my life after 22 years together. I have nothing now except regrets, and I miss her SO much.

The thing that amazes me about these guys is that, as amazeballs as their covers of "someone like you", "keep on Rockin (in the free world)", "rebel yell", "don't look back in anger", and "unchained melody" are? (and the they are truly amazing covers) It's the originals that blow me away the most.

It's crazy how we really do have that ONE person. No matter how much time has gone by or how many others you've met, when you hear a song like this she comes to mind..I was going to come to the concert but I don't wanna cry infront of 20,000 people

This is like a sequel to 'Call Me'. So heart piercing, it hits so many emotions like 'Call Me' does.

Raw, real, powerful. Again Brent sings with his heart on his sleeve and what a voice it is. This duo is absolutely incredible.....thank you for sharing your talent with the world. Goosebumps.

The look on Brent's face right before fading to black shows how deeply these words are etched into him, how true everything he's expressing here, and it is heart wrenching.

Hey Brent and the rest of the band thanks for always being grounded doing what you love to do first music man you all are deep with feelings etc. Thanks for being the next best band to stand the test of time. I just absolutely love this song! From the very first time I listened to it I immediately loved it. I especially love the setting of how they have you singing. Reminds me of my sister who passed unexpectedly 7 yrs ago, she was only 34. It's a reminder of how short life is and that we should live every day to the fullest. Live, laugh, love hard, pray even harder, try to forgive people but not for them but yourself.
