How is this channel not huge? Brent Smith literally has the best singing voice on earth.

I don't think a lot of people realize how much that content creators actually put on their KZread channels. I didn't until the pandemic. Plus, many people will watch or listen but don't like or subscribe. I don't know but 4hrs after posting this they already were roughly ¾ of the way to 1 million views and to me, that's pretty big. I will say, honestly, I did expect to see a bigger number but we also gotta keep in mind that some people may still not know who Smith and Myers is and may not realize it's not Shinedown because they hear/see Brent Smith and just assume.

That cannot be argued! He has the ability to sing differently depending on the song. His control is extraordinary. He doesn’t swallow the mic! Definitely one of my favorites! He has grown over 20 years! Listen to one of his first tracks compared to something from the last 5 years…great then, phenomenal now!

The range of styles of singing and the different genres that he makes look so effortlessly has always amazed me! The power in his voice is undeniable and underated. The man doesn't even really need a microphone (but glad he uses them so we will have his amazing pipes around for many more decades). If you haven't had the pleasure of seeing them live, you have to! They're one of the only acts that sounds just as good if not better live than they do on the albums. They have the best shows and all four of them are insanely talented and truly do love their fans (and the ones that don't know they are fans yet).

I am 9 years old and my dad is 45 years old and we both loooovvveee smith and Myers’s these guy’s songs are for any age.

There is NO WAY either one of these men could be "Bad at Love"!! Our "Shinedown" Family is Huge,and without Love we would've never grown!! They Forever have my "LOVE"!!

OMG... I am 45 years old and this is the FIRST time I have seen a female couple in a mainstream band's video that didn't look like porn stars. Thanks for the validation and visibility. Love you all...

Thank you guys for your talent, and lots of hard work being the best in so many years. Thank you. After my 1st Shinedown Concert this Oct in Tampa FL. I can't wait. I am definitely going to the next Smith and Myers that comes my way. Thank you for giving me a reason to go to a Rock concert again after 30 years. She's absolutely right? I haven't been to a concert in years and i've got tickets for this year in colorado! This may sound crazy but I've seen a lot of rock bands and have attended many concerts in my years younger . I can't think of any. Group that sings such good lyrics that make so much sense especially to me because a lot of things that he says in the songs or I should say sings. In the songs I have been through. It's like he's reading the words right out of my head and I get it. I get what he's singing about. Oh. I'm sorry singing about!! And I think he should be so proud of himself the way that he has changed, And evolved he is amazing he does have the best voice I've ever heard and I can't get his songs out of my head. I was 1st introduced to him when or I should say the band when a friend of mi'm brought the CD over that had "The sound of madness." My friend tried with 2 other songs from the album and I just telling him I wasn't interested! When the sound of madness came on it caught my ear and over to listen to it and the lyrics and I was such an angry person at the time. That it was perfect for me because it was like a telephone and it made me feel good so I started listening to more. And more and more and the better they got. I am absolutely amazed with his energy!He aint bad to look at either not at all if I had just one day with that man. No. It wouldn't be what you think I would just like to get into his head and then maybe later, you know ? Just kidding, I'm not all about that. But then, I certainly wouldn't turn him down. I know, I know, he has a long time girlfriend that has been there for him. And a son. But a girl can dream can't she? My only request request if you want to put it that way? Is I really need to meet him and talk with him? One. On one because? I would love to explain some of the lyrics that he puts out and how they. Relate to my situation especially where he sings about in a room where you don't belong in the houses on fire and there's no one walls are. Melting thow about you. Well 2 years ago I was in a house fire and add in wake up until something exploded in my room and I was surrounded by flames and it. Was a miracle that the flames went up and around my headboard and didn't even start the bed on fire until I was gone because I jumped up. And boy is fire loud. ! And I ran out of the house. Let me tell you that and the firemen were wonderful. They saved all my cats but that's besides the pointhere's so many lyrics that he puts out that I feel I relate to and I would just. Love to talk to him if I could only meet him it would be a dream come true. I've been sick and I'm having a hard time in my life right now and I have to say that I've thought of suicide and when I found out that they make donations to the suicide prevention, It blew my mind! There's so much more but certainly not enough time to put in text. Brent Smith, if you just happen to read this, and the chances are slim-to-none, I would be honored AND delighted to have a moment of your time to meet you and chat with you. He will definitely see me because by the date of the concert, I'll probably be in a wheelchair. I don't want to be felt sorry for, it's just hard not to notice a wheel chair. Sorry so long, but this group is helping me to see things I never did before . He has (they have)changed my life! The lyrics have saved me.

Listen to all the smith and Myer songs along with prior shinedown amazing voice! Amazing lyrics! I’ve personally met shinedown crew in my state while working the front desk of the hotel and all were so polite and actually made conversation along with management she was awesome! Brent is a lovely looking man as well!😘

This song is helping me from a dark place. I lost/left my girl and nothing feels right anymore and I survived a suicide attempt I'm so heartbroken and the lyrics "Truth is you know that you're better without me and the truth is we both know you're right" hits me everytime😭 But I'm gonna try harder I'm not giving up. Thanks for your music. Ps. Shinedown was the best live performance I've ever seen!

Hearing the guitar and then those vocals....dang...goosebumps every time....amazing as always!!! I'm devastated to know you'll both be here with your whole crew in the fall in Chattanooga TN because I asked my rheumatologist and she feels its still not safe for me on the meds I have to be on, even after being vaccinated 😭 if you ever did anything virtual live we'd buy tickets in a second! But I know this will be an amazing concert! We've been trying to see you as headliners for years, guess I'll have to hold out a but longer :( But...this song...amazing! Honestly there's nothing you all do as a group or just you 2 that we don't love....you give me life and smiles and tears and back to smiles. You can't know what your words in so many of your songs have meant to me...gotten me through so much and this just continues the same. Love you guys!!!!!
