She is a cat. And cats give birth to many kittens. Moreover, Karen is an older character as far as I know, so it is possible that she really has 1000 children. Also there is a fan theory to Whisk (Sunset Paradise) is Karen's daughter. Make sense for me. But there is a question. A real question. Who is the father of Karen's children and where are they? Because I don't think she had just one husband, if she had.

Karen is literally just scout from TF2 if you listen to her voice lines

In a strange way, Karen is like a direct opposite (but also similar in some aspects) of SMG4 Peach. 1. Both were "unaffected" by the initial wave of memes that changed the Mushroom Kingdom when SMG4 arrived in his USB Pod. 2. One went insane and somehow harnessed the meme insanity that flowed through the SMG4 world (Peach slapping Mario with a giant hand and similar moments like that), the other just accepted the cursed reality they lived in and harnessed it to become badass in their own right (Karen with her iconic set of shotguns and cat-like ninja reflexes and fighting skills), but still hating their existence here while trying to get by and live a "normal" life in this meme-infested world.... 😅
