Very helpful as a new Smartsheet user trying to set up the PMO office. I have a couple of questions: 1. Is it difficult to adapt the PMO template for a larger structure like mentioned in the video? Would love 1 more layer that has a specific program and having individual projects under each program, PMO level -> programs -> projects within the programs and the ability for all to roll back up to the PMO level. 2. At the project intake sheet, is there an opportunity to change the Project ID naming automation from the current SM-004,005, 006?

How do you describe a Metadata?

Metadata is a sheet that contains profile information about one or many projects. In Smartsheet, this sheet is applicable when capturing and reporting high-level information without having to dig through project plans and registers. Metadata should also contain summaries for project health and status. Your portfolio dashboard will connect to multiple metadatas' for visuals.
