That sure is dangerous, but I suppose that it is meant to be shown in a different way. You see,a single drop of such dish soap such as Fairy can actually clean that much plates. You just have to add a bit of water and beat it up to make foam using a mixer, using your mouth will be just problems and it's also harder. Basically, that hack works,but just get a bowl,add a drop of dish soap and some water and then make foam.

Some of these things are easy for me

I got an actual life hack that worked for me(idk if it works for you) If you have some eye shadow and it doesn't get off, put some shaving cream, wait a little(1-2 mins maybe) then wipe it off. I got panicked while testing makeup (eyeshadows) and yeah- That came in my mind.
