    1. Ask for clarification if the question seems unclear. 2. Use flexible terms for your advantage. 3. Your attitude matters as much as your answer. 4. Practice control and pauses, effectively. 5. Choose to answer a question with a question. 6. Always leave a positive note.

    I don't know whether I m smart or not. But this video is full of bouncer to me..Please try to make it very much simple if possible in such a manner that even layman can understand it very much easily..Especially for the question about asking us where we would like to see our role for the next 3 years.

    Her example answers sound smart and fitting most of times, but the miserable fact is that nowadays, there are increasing interviewers who are evolving for these smart and strategic answers to their answers and even knowing how to kick the ball back to us unexpectedly. As a result, I personably think it is also crucial to focus the answer on the details of some real stories related to the topic and take this advantage to show how tough and positive you are, rather than general answers as they are more difficult to get away with interviewers nowadays.

    Yesterday I face a tricky question in the interview he was asking me where did I work? while I mention only one job on the cv then I reply with a confidence i Worked in many jobs and I start to mention company names then he says you go from jobs to jobs with no smiling face how many years you are there ?? Then I reply two years in each I feel it a tricky question coz it doesn't come to my mind he will ask such question next time will answer briefly as the Cv

    I believe that working in the same place at the same position won't help me build my skills which in turn will make me a dull person, which is why I would start looking for a better position at a better place with all the experience & knowledge I've gained.
