Such a great episode!! Erica really got to showcase her skills as an actress. Her character went thru such a roller coaster of emotions. Does she love Clark, is he the blur and most importantly, how can she support her hero the best. A good preview for her role in season 10 as the fabulous woman behind the man who will be Superman.

IMHO, that actor, Dylan Neal, who played the politician 'Ray Sacks" did a superb job in that role. The way he was able to capture the same sorts of voice inflections, mannerisms with the way he moved his hands while giving political speeches, and his overall demeanor while speaking, was very reminiscent of the way typical cookie-cutter politicians speak here in the US (regardless of political party or political affiliation). Much respects to his performance in this episode, and in the 'Charade' episode (Season 9, Ep 18).

you know what? I"m glad they calmed her bangs down this season (10)...her hair was really thick in 9 idk what it was.

Yeah, in one of the earlier seasons he was caught on camera while saving someone with his super speed, and the photo showed him as a red-blue blur, cos all his outfits were red & blue back then.. he changed to a black outfit later on and dropped the whole red-blue thing in the hero name

No...Clark Kent is just a regular human being from a farming town in Kansas. There is nothing more to him. He's just a regular average guy who decided to become a reporter. Nothing to see here.
