So it appears SmallRig Dropped this cage as of March 23', They have a new model 4183/4184 that looks solid black but otherwise is the same cage.

Yeah so far everyone has had that design finish.

How much weight does the kit add to the camera and handle?

Not sure on the total grams it adds, but it is a slim cage compared to the cage for the A7III, I can still fit it in my bag unlike the A7III cage.

You don't see the agree face with the cage on the camera thumbnail? The 5 things thumbnail has me in the thumbnail, This one does not.
what is the length of the NATO rail?

The left side rail is approx 1" long and the top one that screws onto the top of the camera is approx 2" long.
I don’t care about the looks. The camera is literally intended to capture images not star in them!!!
I'm so angry with the shabby look of my Smallrig cage. Looks like it's been kicked around the camera bag for years with scratches and scuffs all over it. I keep my kit pristine, to me well maintained equipment is a sign of working with professionals. This mess is amateur hour and looks like I don't look after my kit... yours actually looks better than mine, less scratching on the handles.

I agree with you on that. I wish they made it more apparent about the finish, hike the look has grown on me, I still prefer the clean and new look like my other cages have had.
HAHAHAHAHAHA it literally says distressed look. Come on people. Read the descriptions when buying things...

Yes it says it now, right on top of page on their website in bright red letters, it did not 4 months ago. They also added a detail section about the distressed style showing the finish up close.n
