The size for the babies can you used it to make ruffles bonnet or it will be to small ?

I literally just purchased a sewing machine yesterday and I’m still confused, just a tad though? Is 12” going to fit the circumference of a 24” head? Is the inches on the template half the size of the persons head
What am I doing wrong ; I keep getting 2 pieces of a half of a circle .

Not sure..you can try again stop thr video and follow step by step
That’s not 12 inches. The 1st ruler mark and the last ruler mark would make 12 inches, not end to end of the ruler. You’ve added a quarter inch on both ends. Is there a reason for doing so?
