    Where I live this exact species of fish show up in big schools along the beaches in spring and they are here until fall. In 1 cast with the cast net it is common to catch thousands of them. They are incredible bait- never once heard of someone eating them…..

    @bunkaunk , Thank you for your comments. The scales eventual separate while washing thoroughly after removing the head and guts :-)

    Fische haben keine Knochen,sondern Gräten.Aber bei diesen Kleinen ess ich alles,den ganzen Fisch komplett.😋
