Just tried it, easy and neat! Scaling using thumb nail moving from tail to head was a charm, pretty cool. Thanks for sharing.

Hi, yes dear on minutes 1:40 I scale it with the thumb from the top of the fish to the tail. I will try to make a video on how to remove fish bones

Taking bones out is pretty simple method and you just cut across the spine both side and debone, not really rocket science.

Very sad way of cleaning fish.
