Imagine being an exterminator and it’s like your first day on the job and you aren’t expecting much maybe some mice or rats even but then you walk into the room and you see a mouse in a cloak with a metal tail and a Swiss Army knife, a rat in a cloak with a scalpel, a mole in a wizard hat with a cigarette lighter and a squirrel in a kilt with a pencil and they all just square up on your ass and then start stabbing and burning your feet and hands while the squirrel just plays a jaunty tune on its pencil.

Can confirm, mothers old pampered JRT went from lapdog to work dog in the blink of an eye when we moved the woodpile to one side, heard squeaks, and this little fat dog had the biggest blood soaked smile on her face, and 9 dead rats next to her.

Eh... I want to agree but we are talking about rodents that have beaten owls and literally flew them like planes into a tree fort of squirrels and have successfully stood their ground and scared off two human beings many times stronger then they are. Pretty sure the boss before (Leo) is also renown as a fox slayer despite being a diminutive mouse wielding nothing but needles. Shit gets crazy when they have weapons and know how to use them. 😅 A Jack Terrier would probably be a superboss at this point.

И у меня был конфликт с крысами... Ну, все началось с пожара в той общаге, где я жила. Ничего ужасного не случился: сгорел только общественный диван на втором этаже коридора (не донесли до помойки, и использовали, как лавочку) и немного стены подкоптились. Но. Но! У нас не было, вплоть до 2016 года люка, закрывавшего выход на крышу. (Пожар был в 2012). То есть, у нас была на последнем этаже - просто пожарная лестница, крайне красиво уходящая в небо. В виде квадрата. И всё. Как итог, получилась прекрасная вытяжная труба, высотой во всю нашу 4-этажку. Естественно, крысы, жившие в подвале, кинулись вверх, спасаясь от дыма. И как итог, мы потом 4 года боролись с ними по всей общаге. Это была настоящая позиционная война на измор (отдельно смешно, что Сан-эпидем-станция сидела от нас - через дорогу. Но нет, наши проблемы с грызунами - их не волновали абсолютно). За эти 4 года я изловила на коврики-липучки - 8 крыс. А еще, поднаторела в области создания баррикад против них, запечатывая их ходы с помощью принесенных с пляжа плоских камней и цементного раствора. (Что бы остановить пасюковую крысу нужен именно природный камень. Нормальные строительные матерьялы они очень быстро прогрызают. Еще, как вариант, можно пробовать старую кафельную плитку, советского образца. Она тоже, довольно прочная.).

Not trying to cheapen the story here, but a Story of Failure and a haunted survivor retelling the story could've been another great way to end the game as well.

Как запищало, и принялось биться - ТУТ ЖЕ бежишь, кидаешь в мешок, и на помойку. (Если оставить крысу на едине с ловушкой на длительное время - она просто отклеится, оставив тебе на память большую часть своей шубы.). И вот я, в шортах, тапках, и майке, с кулем в руках, скачу по лестнице до мусорок. А тут у нас ППС во дворе нарисовалось. И они поинтересовались, что ж я такое тащу? (При том, что пакет ходуном ходил у меня в руках, практически) И я, с оптимизмом идиотки, заявляю им: "Крысу! - меня можно понять, я ее вываживала, что б поймать несколько дней. - Хотите покажу?". Нет, они не захотели. 😊 Ни смотреть крысу, ни связываться с такой идиотичной гражданкой.

I think the human didn't do much because the game is more story-driven than combat-driven. Therefore he doesn't have anything too unique so it isn't unfair. Again, I could be wrong. Plus, he did try to stomp and crush the rats, even if it wasn't directly stomping and the crushing took a while. And I mean, it's probably a minimum wage worker. Man was just trying to get by and get paid.

why the final boss didnt bring some pesticide canistter or sometthing? this is lameeee
