Looking for a house design para sa lot na nabili ng parents ko, and this is the one we all liked! It's ideal for their future retirement home. PS: The layout is so clean and the interior design is so good too!

This house is simple but beautiful. Gusto ko po sanang makakita ng version nito na may garage for 2 cars, helper's room, stock room, maybe relocate the laudry area if possible, setbacks and garden.

Nice house plan but the two bedrooms is only suited for single person capacity. Sana malaki laki yng 2 bedrooms din para maginhawa sa paglilibot

Ganito gusto ko sana, pero pwede ba 70 sqm lang para maluwag parin yung free space sa paligid.

Any feng shui expert out there to check this beautiful design please?

Hello. Thank you for watching. As much as I'd like to, I'm afraid I can't give you a hard copy because I live in the Philippines and it is hard to do that because of our situation right now. Anyways, I recommend that you get an architect near you or someone you know. You may use this design idea as reference since every lot is different. That way, you will also get the best from the money you will spend for building your house. Thanks again 😊

Magkano po kaya estimated na magagastos sa ganitong klase na bahay. Salamat po sa makakasagot. Pasok kaya toh sa 12m x 16m na lot area kasi my mga standard na sukat pa daw na clearance sa gilid ng bahay.
