Very informative ang mga vlog mo boss in terms of construction, may i favor sana mag ask ng idea about sa house n pede ilagay sa 62 sqm n lote, I'm planning for 2 storey house with parking sa taas lng may bedroom, possible kaya . no idea pa kung magkano aabutin ang budget sa ganun klaseng house at anong Recommended or possible floor area ng house ang pedeng magawa , is it 90 or 80sqm total Fa ang pede sa 62sqm only na lote, magagawa kayang pagkasyahin ang 1.5M Na budget, Thanks & God bless.

Hi. Add around 10% per year for inflation. Vid was uploaded in Dec 2020. If you watched this in June 2023, then it's + 2.5 years already, so add 25% for inflation.

Kaya nga eh. Ngayon ang maganda dyan may binigay akong quantities mag bago mag ang presyo ng materiales pero ang quantities hindi mag babago kaya makaka roon parin sila ng idea kung magkakano.

Daming nagdidislike kay enginer..ang linaw ng explanation dto ,,d nmn aq trabahador etc., Pero natulong aq s construction voluntarily eh may natutunan ako s explanation nyo po...patuloy nyo lang po pag gawa ng vlog enginer ..dami ko natututunan po sanyo...mahal Ang tuition s engineering course.. pero s basic computation and refer lang s table etc., Eh ang bilis lang mkuha ang saktong computation..heheh.. @@monkeyxmonkey1 sorry ha pero more or less 20 years na sa construction, at isa ang pag estimate s forte. Kaya alam n may balasubas kausap. At kahit engr. Or arch. ka pa. Hindi yan warrant para maging matino ka. Nasa pagkatao yan. At hindi nakikipag usap sa engr, kundi sa mismong company o assigned rep. nito at ang company ang magbibigay ng estimate. Para kapag may reklamo, sa company ka. Kahit na palitan mo pa yung engr. n pinadala sa iyo dahil di mo gusto, ok lang. Hindi pwedeng sa kung kanino kanino lang, dahil malaking goodluck! Kadaming mapagpanggap. Huwag naive. Kahit mga kavibes n engr., daming maloloko, aminado namn. Minsan iyun pa ang nagiging pulutan, mga kalokohan.

May natutunan nanaman ako, thanks Engineer!!

sir, when you divide 3 in your example it simply means you are getting the 33.33% as the cement requirement. but in the proportion you set which is 1:1.5:3, the cement is just about 18.2% (provided that 1 bag cement is 1 portion in volume)

I am from the Cayman Islands married to my beautiful Philippine wife and we are planning to build a home soon. I love your channel even thought I don't understand every word you say. you give great insight and advice. Do you have more videos on QS for a residential building? I'm a amateur draftsman and would like to do my own design, structural specs and material quantities before turning it over to a licensed architect and engineer. That way I am in complete understanding with the construction. I have done this in the past in my own country and want to become more familiar with the way the Philippines construction methods are compared to those in the Cayman Islands, we follow the SFBC(South Florida building code) USA standard plus additional structural enhancements. I love your channel.

Hi Wayne, deal with the legitimate architect to build your house. Civil Engineers are eligible to build a house based on RA 9266.
