Есть место, где повесить одежду. Есть возможность приучать ребёнка содержать комнату впорядке и хорошо учиться. Есть все! Очень хорошо! Браво!

Your positive feedback means a lot to me! It's always rewarding to hear that the details in the design are noticed and appreciated.

The little bump in the master bath just makes the foundation more expensive so I would square that off, adding a couple of feet to the master bedroom which would allow the closet to the accessed by a door closer to the bedroom door and have space to hang clothes on both sides. I would also (as a personal lifestyle choice) just have the nice big shower in that bathroom and use the extra space for storage and two sinks. I always look for the HV/AC space and I would use the end of the hallway next to the laundry for that. I personally love the big laundry for extra storage as well. I think taking the space next to the dishwasher in the kitchen would make a nice pantry, floor to ceiling. I might also include an island for extra counter space. I probably would also make the front door a single door, allowing it to be centered in front of the steps. These are minor tweaks but overall, this is a great plan.

Only thing that missing is a fireplace in the living room, other than that it's prefect! We don't need marble floors in the bathrooms and I like the little deck area in the guest bedroom. We need a office space!

There's ample space in the kitchen for an island for more food prep. The master bath could be arranged to have a tub without the expense of that extra jog. Take some space from the oversized laundry room and the useless nook that is occupied by a plant.

WHAT IS THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THIS HOME? Love this home’s fairly open floor plan and it would accommodate a table to seat 12 (holidays and a large family). I would add another kitchen (pantry) cabinet with 2-3 bar stools sitting on a diagonal facing the LR too. Love th Master Suite and other larger bedrooms, too!

Why do you call a house with 2,500 sq. feet "small"?

Personal pet peeve. Do not want to walk in the front door and the first thing I see is the kitchen sink. Even 1 item on the counter will look messy. The roof line is pretty but all the valleys make it much more expensive to build. I normally really like your designs but this one-not so much
