People needs to understand this is a tiny house so there has to be some give and take, I think it is amazing

This would be the perfect house for one or two people. Has everything in just the right portions AND a dining area big enough to have the kids over for dinner.

I like the porch and the overall feel of the place. If I were to build this design, I would lengthen the footprint to allow for a separate or partially separate foyer/entryway. Also, it would give the ability to maximize the laundry area. It is a bit snug for my liking, but all in all, it's a beautiful little house❤❤

This is a dream come true for me IF only that was either a wood stove/wood burning fireplace. Thank you.

Let’s all go to Gramma and Grandpa’s house! Bunk beds in the second room for the grandkids! (Mom and Dad stay at a near by Bed & Breakfast✨💖✨). Plenty of outdoor space for play. Big family meals around the table-- I love it. The living room with a door leading to the kitchen & the dining area gives the feeling of an open plan without sacrificing precious wall space for monitors, shelves and other storage options. Well done! (Building it on a lot that would allow a finished, walk out basement would be heaven.)

I love this little house!! It's cozy, farm/cottage style and the wrap-around porch is perfect for relaxing and entertaining outside. The only changes I would make if it were mine, would be to nix the sink in the laundry and add an upright storage area for broom, mops and a couple of coat hooks in there out of sight, and add a tub/shower combo in the bathroom. I love this one!!

That sink has many uses, it's good for washing BIG pans, Xtra items from a large dinner, washing out clothing by hand, big items, dirty garden gloves or utensils or maybe even washing a small pet 🐈

@@cindydorado4718 but in such a small house, chances are slim for having large dinner parties, and all of those chores could easily be done in the kitchen sink or bathroom sink. My preference would be to have more storage space.

😮I love the outside, reminds me of several older homes in the older part of my town.

The exterior is so charming, that porch is gorgeous!

I would also extend foyer a bit and bump first bedroom out to end kf porch to allow for separate master bath. Other than that very cute and cozy.

Don’t care for the fact you walk through the front door and BAM…you’re right smack in the middle of the living area. I would put the front door entrance where that bench is at that front window.

Love the addition of the laundry room! I agree with another about adding an additional toilet (in laundry). Saves from queuing for potty.

I like most of the design of this farm house cottage. I would add a half bath for guests. A stackable washer and dryer that will give more room to the area. Also a well insulated shed outside for tools, storage, etc.. maybe put the side porch near the kitchen with an outside entrance.

Yes, this is a good one. Well laid out with pops of colour. Really love the kitchen. So much room and the breakfast bar is a great idea. The long table is great for entertaining. The fireplace with the TV above is great too. I guess my only criticism is the same - not keen on white furnishings, especially in lounges. Like dark colours, they are cozier, especially on cold days and nights. Also easier to clean. But yeah, do like this one.

Love everything about this sweet house.

perfect house

Like this home very much except for 1 thing, no 2nd bathroom😢. It’s not completely an open concept but open enough I would enjoy it. The porch is perfect & the laundry room would accommodate a stackable W/D but I want it vented on the side of the home (known of too many home fires with self venting dryers or roof venting that people don’t want to pay for a clean out). Room sizes are all good. 😊

Yes, open it up! Combine the family room with kitchen and dining area. You mostly live in those rooms.

The entry is good, but if this were my house I'd remove the purely cosmetic fireplace and lower the TV to a better height. The kitchen is tight on counter and cabinet space, but the laundry room helps in that regard. One bedroom lacks good natural light.

Kaum Fenster im zweiten Schlafraum, für mich niemals Sofas vor den Fenstern und kein riesiger Fernseher (ich benutze keinen seit 2020) und Keramik Platten müssten einfarbig sein. Übrigens: bald gibt es Replikatoren für viele Anwendungen und einige andere neue, freigegebe Patente = Star Treck Zukunft ❤

Lost me in the bedrooms. Closet space is too small. Not enough closet spaces for coats, bed linens, no place for mop, vacuum, etc.

The second bedroom behind the kitchen needs a window 🪟 on one of those walls for light to come in. You might as well add an ensuite bathroom right behind that porch to connect to the main bedroom, and the laundry room needs to have washer and dryer on top of each other. And I cannot emphasize enought built ins are a major must in small spaces 🥺 please.

I would want all the windows to be the same, and I don't need a dishwasher so I would rather have more counter space. But...yes please! It's beautiful.

If you took the vase off the poof stool, your family room would be perfect. You have come a long way since the beginning, I enjoy coming to your channel very much!

Its cute, but needs more counter space for me in the kitchen, and definitely a 2nd bath room with a tub. More closet storage space, otherwise It very cozy.

This is a nice home. You are correct it does have everything for a single parent and child. I just wish it didn't have so much white in the decor.

Never design a one bathroom house without a bathtub/shower combo.

Must have a 2nd toilet.

The roof over the wrap around porch has no pitch. Water will tend to run back to the siding on the house and quickly rot it out.

I don't see any slant on the veranda around the porch. That seems to be a water shed problem that will lead to mold or water damage. I am not a builder though:(

Don't want to sweep around all those plants on the porch, or pick them up when they blow over. Or clean grease off a glass fronted cabinet. People standing up from the sofa could hit their heads on that floating shelf, or it could fall on someone.The busy tile would get old fast.

Love the curves on the porch supports.

Interior is a rendering.

The roofline needs to encompass the verandah, with guttering, the separate roof pictured is flat and has no guttering it. The wall with the heater if not a load bearing wall is not required, this is a small cabin, removal of that wall would give the illusion of more space you could put the heater in the dining room or have a reverse cycle aircon/heater.

I love the small wall but would prefer a real wood-burning fireplace/chimney instead. I like separation of the rooms provided by that small wall - never have enjoyed open styling with no determined rooms.

Another Jasper death trap house. No back exit. Laundry room can be sized down. The side door from the laundry room is ok but there should be a back exit. If only a slider door in the bedrooms. That would work.
