The shirts all turned out nice as does all your items. I noticed the fonts that you used are not capped on the open ends. I have always heard the letters had to be capped for the foam to prevent it from breaking through the stitches. Can't wait to see how it washes.

They washed well! I believe they are capped and then they embroidered over the capping to hide it... I have seen some Melco fonts for puff with the capping but didn't really like the look of it.

Did you do something special to the words in order to use the foam?
