Omigosh!! When I first saw that apartment, I thought, Lordy, Lordy, this will be a challenge!! :) Rose has some great stuff to work with, and you knocked it out of the park, RR!!! Rose cracked me up when she asked if that one pic came from her house, and you said, yes, from the bathroom!! Doesn't that just show that, over time, we really don't see what we have anymore!! That's why change is SO good!! It's exhilarating and so FUN!! I fully embrace FUN wherever I can find it!! And, yes, Rose-let Rebecca do the lighting!! Let RR light up your world!! XXOO

Hi Rachel, thanks for commenting! We simply placed a large (heavy-weight) bolt above the existing mirror and used heavy duty wire, attached to the hooks on the sides and hung it on the bolt. Pretty easy right? I thought the addition of the round mirror in the guest Bathroom made a huge difference :-) RR

I did this for my mom. I took all the (miss matched) things she loved in her home and made it a feature in her little apartment. It truly wAs stunning and so fun to do. I did not spend any money...with the exception of a beautiful fireplace from Big lots!!!!!... The nursing home used her apartment as a feature when giving tours to new perspective tenants. My mom was so proud.

I loved what you did with the mirror in the bedroom, to balance out the window!! Always amazed with your designs!!

It turned out absolutely stunning. This is an "adult" goal of mine to decorate everything completely rather than have it look like a hand-me-down mess. Too many homes nowadays look like college bachelor pads with bare necessities.

I've been a huge fan of your youtube channel for a few years. Seeing this videos just reminds me how big your heart is for your clients and for people in general. You inspire soooooo many to challenge their creativity and let them know they can accomplish so much with their budget, in their home. I just love you and can't say it enough! I love how you used a lot of what she had and by using them in different rooms in the new space, it gave them a brand new look and feel.. You could tell she was very moved by all that you did to make this new space feel like her home. Great job!!
