I need some nitro guys to fly some circuits around the field when I am flying DLG so that I can see the thermals form to know where they are easier :).

Why his using "V" throttle curve with governor?

It's for stunt mode. In this mode the lower part of throttle stick is used for upsidedown flight so you need the same throttle as in normal level flight. If you want to land, you have to switch back to normal mode where you can lower the throttle by landing.

If the governor disconnects (loses a magnet or whatever), you're still flying more or less normal, usually you set up your heli first without governor, then you set up the governor, nitro is much different than electro, a flat curve makes your engine overspeeding or bogging all the time.
