I like that you get lots of natural light . I want it .
Really like this house, looks very neat and clean and a reasonable price. The lot rent isn't that bad either, but I would be concerned about how long it will be before it shoots up to more than 1K + per month. I'm just hearing so many horror stories about lot rent Speaking of which, I've been told you need to typically show income 3X the lot rent to qualify? Is this true? What if you pay cash for the home, and have no mortgage, does this rule still apply? Thanks for another great tour, very nice home!

Thank you. Different parks have different requirements. They all do background checks and credit checks no matter how you buy it.
Nice place but that second bathroom is in an odd place .

I love a lot but furniture is not needed and I have questions on the laundry/bathroom outside. Is it shared with community or is it private being mine if I bought? Thanks Greg I have been watching for a year now. Living in Hobe sound, fl. condo and want to sell. Divorced need to scale down
