These rabbits are collected for food, for my ferrets and people. This is a free range meat, that has lived a free life. These rabbits will be controlled even without me. By taking them myself, the meat is used. Ferreting is an environmentally friendly method of harvesting free range meat.

I've Ferreted all my life for both Rabbits and Rats. Ferreted in many parts of the Uk, but your footage is wonderful. Superb!

Hiya mate, great video! I used to have a jill, can I ask what's the best way to dispatch the rabbits humanly as possible? I've allways left it to my hunting partner. As I'm allways scared of hurting and not killing it quickly Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

It’s a hard thing to explain without being out in the field in person. Freedomofabird has a good video explaining some methods. You feel that it has been done correctly as there is a pop in the neck. A priest could be used in the meantime, the same type of thing fisherman use, then after you could try the neck break on them for practice.

put the gun near the rabit head (behind eyes), or in the torso, push the trigger and you will get a instant death

The bolting is instantaneous! Or is there a hidden time lapse?
