Postojna cave was such a unique experience for us and the kids. It was definitely a fun day, and the caves are breathtaking. We only wish it hadn't felt so rushed and that we were able to walk around the paths at our own pace. The Postojna complex also has a hotel if you want to stay for a night or two, many restaurants and cafes, and other exhibits such as the vivarium and EXPO that you can package your ticket with. And we loved that they provided a shuttle to Predjama castle, so we didn't have to deal with the roads and parking there. Predjama Castle was so interesting, and we were so glad we got an audio guide and could walk around on our own. Luckily, we had both carriers for the kids because there were a lot of stairs and crowded and narrow hallways to maneuver. It was a such an amazing day, and we recommend to anyone coming to Slovenia.
