I noticed that many in the comments start doing exercises, but do not complete them... and I decided that I would be one of those who would complete this and do the exercises for two weeks start: 6.02.24 my face before: I have a round face, but I have cheekbones. There are cheeks and a double chin Day1: I completed the first day. In the morning I woke up swollen, but after this yoga my face became normal again. Day 2: I woke up less swollen today, which I'm glad about. If you want facial yoga to really bring results, here are my tips: 1. in addition to yoga, do gua sha for your face (not every day, every other day) 2. play sports (sports that you like) 3. drink more water (download reminder apps) 4. eat healthy foods (avoid sweets, fried foods and starchy foods) 5. Maintain a sleep schedule Many people think that doing only yoga will help, but to get results you need to do something else day 3: in three days I realized that this yoga is good for swelling. It seems to me that changes have already occurred in my face. the contour of the face became clearer. I hope it's not a «placebo effect».But after asking people, they said that nothing has changed in me🥲(okay, it's only the 3rd day) day 4: today I did gua sha and yoga for my face. I think my face has become thinner. My advice: to make your body and face more beautiful, keep your back straight. Maintain your posture (this will give you not only beauty but also confidence) but the most important advice: love yourself! I don't see those who like my comment and who look at my results, but you are all very beautiful🫂💗 Day 5: My double chin is significantly smaller and less noticeable. Day 6: I don't see any change since yesterday. Day 7: it's been a week 🥳I'm so glad but in seven days I don’t see any significant changes, it seemed to me that the result would be better day 8: today I woke up more beautiful than usual. The face is not swollen and beautiful. day 9: today I did yoga and looking in the mirror I see that my face has become slimmer, the angles have become clearer. I'm glad. Day 10: Even though I slept 5 hours after yoga, I look great day 11:✅ Day 12: Today I had a very busy day and so I did yoga in the evening. Day 13: the double chin has almost disappeared, the cheeks have become smaller, the face has become more elongated Day 14: The two-week experiment is over. Result: the cheeks became smaller, the double chin became much smaller. The outlines of the face became clearer. I advise you to try this yoga. Doing this while doing my skin-care routine! Let's go! Week 1: Day 1: ✅ My tongue & jaw feel tired but the feeling is nice. It feels tighter too. Day 2: ✅ It feels sore and all. But def see the difference in the jawline already. Day 3: ✅ Feeling the burn. It hurts less than yesterday (sorry for the late update it's Lunar New Year so I'm staying up late to do this y'all. Wish u a happy new year ☺) Day 4: ✅ The more u do it, the less it hurts guys. I'll keep going. Doing this also lessens the stress or the tension on my shoulder and neck. Relaxing

Just completed my 2nd week. I have naturally a bit puffy cheeks and I like them this way. That aren't much affected but it showed a major difference in jawline as in making it more prominent and sharp.

My updates: Day 1: definitely some tension and stiffness Day 2: a little harder, but i was really tired, so that might be why Day 3: getting easier to do Day 4: was super tired, but it was for some reason fun lmao Soso sorry i havent been updating! I have been doing it i just havent felt like updating. My neck and jawline are definitely more defined! I will try to keep doing it ❤ (Like to remind me to update❤)

Your face structure, just like your entire body depends on your genetics to a huge extent. The only two things you could do to get a defined jaw line are getting rid of excess fat from your body and you can’t target fat loss

@@priscillazamora6711 You can find many on KZread, like these! the tip is to just be patient, and keep going. Losing face fat can be a long process so you have to be patient and keep trying.

My face started to change but when i stopped doing this it just went back to normal. Id say don’t do this if your expecting long term results bc that’s unrealistic. The better thing to do would be to lose weight or just take care of your skin in general

Skincare & Exercise! Day 1: ✅Was super sad, but did the exercise! felt the burn and noticed a small difference. Day 2: ✅ Did my skincare today! consists of washing my face, applying peppermint or lemon oil, micellar water, witch hazel, moisturizer and eye cream, and rose face mist! it helps with my acne. Did the exercise, slightly less burn, feel good because i did t in the morning! day 3: Burns, but is easier! Very helpful +I've been doing other body workouts🙏🏽 day 4: did it and skincare ❤ went well! good results! day 5: noticed a difference today! very grateful! lmk if you want the other workouts im doing as well ❤ day 6: done 🎉 nice diff from day 1 ❤ day 7: DONEEEE I'LL UPDATE AGAIN IN 4 MONTHS ❤❤ i will continue this once this comment is done as well!

tip: for faster results, while doing the tongue juts and the kiss hold, instead of taking a quick rest like she does, go through the whole time. it's painful but worth it. ive done it without breaks for only 2 days and i already see results. also when doing the open close, tense your jaw so its harder to move.

dont wait for others to finish their workout, instead start yours, if u eat right and do it 2 times a day without “cheat days” u will sure see results, u cant waste ur time by doing something nice to your body, everyone is different, some people lose fat faster and others dont. Just be patient and keep going, others cant do it for you.

I’ve been doing this since July 20th and it’s now august 30th so for about 40 days. I have a jawline now and my cheeks are slimmer. Before I had absolutely no jawline but then I found this and it really helped me. It also kinda helped my underbite. my jawline is so much sharper and I can feel my jawline without pressing on it, in just 40 daysss. I really recommend this workout it’s quick and easy

I'll do it for 15 days. Remind me every day by dropping a like or a comment. Day 1: I did these exercises along with the other ones, and I definitely feel something in my neck and jaw. Day 2: Decided to do this twice a day. For the first time, i can really feel the tension in my jaw. Did a second time, and I still do feel some tension. Day 3: Decided to do two times. Did it for the first time, and I can see there's less fat near my jaw. Did not do it for the second time. Day 4: Did two times, and now i can see the difference in my jawline. Day 5: I did it and can definitely see some changes in my jawline. Day 6:I'm doing it and it's been a pretty good results but I want to see a huge difference so I'll continue to do it.

Doing this for two weeks before my shower! 2:17 Day 1:✅ Feeling super good about it, my jaw feels nice and tight and I’m looking forward to the results and to keep doing these exercises :) Day 2:✅ My jaw was feeling good and tight and I’m already starting to see some results! I didn’t have much of a double chin so I’m already seeing that V shape coming along nicely Day 3:✅ My jaw is feeling nice and worked. Today I noticed when I did it my neck was hurting a little more but I was yawning less, usually I yawn a lot when I do this haha. My jaw is starting to look more sculpted. Day 4:✅ The V is starting to become more prominent. And I’m starting to feel more comfortable with my jaw. Today I didn’t have much motivation to do it, but I kept going. :) Day 5:❌ I got my phone taken away and I tried doing it from memory but it didn’t go too well. :( I got my phone back though and I’m excited to keep moving along! Sorry for the wait x Day 6:✅ Happy New Year’s Eve! Today when I did it I felt really good after and my jaw is starting to form into the desired shape, there’s still a little neck pain. But what’s beauty if there’s no pain 🥂 1 Week Mark!! Day 7:✅ Went very smooth! No big differences from yesterday but definitely some big differences from day 1. I’m excited to hit the halfway point and if I see the results are super good I’ll do this routinely. :) thank you for sticking with me thus far, time for week 2. Week Two 💕 Day 8:✅ I didn’t have much motivation for today but I turned on some music and got it done. I keep reminding myself that I’m working for results! The V shape is becoming more recognizable from underneath now that most of my double chin is gone. I’m ready for tomorrow :) Day 9:✅ Went good today, my motivation was there and I went right to it. There was no excess pain today so I think my body is starting to feel more comfortable with these exercises. My under chin is starting to appear very small because the fat is mainly gone. Just some pointers, if you have acne prone skin like me I recommend putting on some hand sanitizer before doing these to eliminate breaking out, and I recommend music while you do this, it works wonders! And thank you so much to all of you who are supporting me it really helps me stay motivated. 💖 Day 10:✅ Definitely seeing a more defined shape in my jawline and side profile! My cheek bones are starting to become more visible as well. I love this exercise because it doesn’t take long and the results come so easily. I can’t thank everyone enough who’s been supporting me and trying this out for themselves, I definitely recommend these exercises! I can’t wait to further my journey and finish my before and after photos, but till then this is working wonders for my confidence and jaw

It’s been a week and a half and so far my jawline is looking a little more defined than before! Edit #1: my cheeks are a little less chubby after 2 weeks of doing this. I also recommend doing the 14 minute hour glass workout :)

@@lisandroh44 while i'm sure youre beautiful/handsome, the best way if you want to shadow it, is to change your hairstyle to frame it better. if you can do that, use makeup to highlight certain spots in your face, giving you a rounder look.

This really does work fr ive been doing it off and on but it helps just have patients
I decided to experience it too :) I hope I don't miss the days!!! Week 1 : Day 1 : ✅ I had a little trouble doing it. I feel a pain in my jaw, other than that, there is no problem. Day 2 : ✅ I still continue. It's not like it can't be done. Day 3 : ✅ Now the times pass faster and I don't feel much pain. I think my face is getting smaller!!! Day 4 : ✅ Check Day 5 : ✅ Check. Day 6 : ✅ I completed it today, but I feel like I'm doing something wrong. Because my jaw doesn't hurt. Day 7 : ✅ Check. Day 8 : ✅ Check. Week 2: Day 9 : ❌ Day 10 : ✅ Check. Day 11 : ✅ Check. this workout 100% works for anyone wondering, ive been doing it everyday for 2 weeks and theres a significant difference. the reasoning behind the slimming of the face not only due to the exorcises burning off fat but it also allows built up mucas to drain. the mucas is part of the cause of double chins

As someone who has been getting more sick recently and noticed the double chin in 2021, this makes everything make sense! I didn't know how to loose the "fat" because I'm simply already really slim and can only loose but so much more so i worried surgery would be the only way to get rid of it (which i dont want) but I'll definitely feel more confident trying this now!

@Queen girl I think it's working my chin definitely has less of a pouch but I had to stop late April due to my wisdom teeth because of pain and my jaw swelled. I've started again so I'll see if there's more results but I'll say before it was definitely working, there's just more to be done

i have done this exercise for 43 days (only skipping a few days), and can definitely say that my jawline is more pointer and defined! i also have implemented mewing for a couple months so that so also be a factor ^^ it def works, just takes consistency and patience, u can do it!!! ❤️

I absolutely didn't expect it after just 6 days of doing this yoga every morning, but my face looks more toned and way less tired than usual) ✅ Day 7 ✅ Day 8 (I love how my life is slowly changing because of this video. MY JAWLINE IS SO MUCH MORE DEFINED AND MY DOUBLE CHIN HAS REDUCED A LOT!!! i've been doing this for one month, and i really clearly see the results. trust me this workout really works!!! my face was so chubby and bulky, and i have double chin before, but when my bestfriend told me to do this workout, i didn't hesistate to do so immediately. after the pain i through, the worsen pain i got, my face really got tighten. i can finally see the jawline, the non bulky cheeks and slimmer face. i can finally face people with some confidence now. thank you so much for doing this kind of workout!! i really love the results miss/ma'am.

I have been doing this exercise for a whole week now and I can say that this really works. Consistency is the key! 👌🏻

1st exercise: 2:25 Day 1: I feel a little weird but that’s just tiredness from the workout, of course no results yet but just from day 1, i can tell this might just work because of how i’m sore afterwards. I’m feeling pretty positive so far. Day 2: I can feel the improvement on my face, it feels like my double chin is shrinking but i can’t notice it in the mirror yet. Looking forward to seeing further results! Day 3: My chin is feeling tighter now and i feel a difference. Let’s do this together everyone! ☺️ Update: My jawline is becoming more defined but because of my short chin i still have to keep working. Day 4: sorry it’s late i’m writing this in the morning. I can see my jawline is getting more defined. Day 5: Seeing a difference though, if it hasn’t improved a lot at the end of the week i’ll find a different one.

Same also doing it don’t know if it’s a placebo effect but I do notice my double chin is getting tighter, I’ll comment when I see truly undeniable results

15 days here we GO! DAY ONE. ✅ Everything went perfectly fine no results yet as I expected bc these things do take time! But doing them made my jaw super sore but shortly after it disappeared. DAY TWO. ✅ I didn’t see much change from the day before but after I finished, I saw I had less fat under my chin and it felt somewhat tighter. My jaw definition still didn’t change. DAY THREE. SKIPPED I didn’t come home until 2am and I was too tired DAY FOUR. SKIPPED I forgot to do it but I used a gua sha exercise! DAY FIVE. ✅ My jawline looks the same still. I don’t see any results as it looks the same as before. Except the double chin is just a bit less. My mouth is very sore and it’s never been this sore before. DAY SIX. ✅ My mouth is very sore, more than the day before. Still no visible results. DAY SEVEN. ✅ Oh my god I think I see a more visible jawline now and my little double chin is now pretty tight but still there. I am not sore at all, I think I built up to it thankfully! DAY EIGHT. ✅ Not sore at all anymore! I see my jawline definitely have less fat, but just by a little. My double chin is tighter from when I started. DAY NINE. ✅ Just a little more defined, results are slowing down :( I think I will do this more DAY TEN. Aug 4th ✅ Looks the same to me tbh but I can see the definition of my jaw even more, but not as much as I want it to be. I’m adding some 30 minute hard workouts everyday now, so let’s see where it takes me. Started doing those workouts 2 days ago btw. DAY ELEVEN. ✅ A more defined jawline, I can see it darken. DAY TWELVE. ✅ It’s really easy now, no pain but my jawline looks the same. I’m noticing it darkened DAY THIRTEEN. ✅ My lips are so sore idk why. 0.05 more toned I think lol. DAY FOURTEEN. ✅ It’s definitely more defined and V shaped. I took a picture today and compared it to last year and I see a more defined V shape. Not sore at all. DAY FIFTEEN. ✅ Results slowing down, but I do see it defined. DAY SIXTEEN. ✅ Tbh results are slowing down a lot. I don’t see much anymore. DAY SEVENTEEN. ❌ Skipped went on a trip. DAY EIGHTEEN. ❌ Skipped went on a trip. DAY NINETEEN. ✅ Felt sore since I didn’t do it for two days. Results aren’t that much anymore as day 10-14. I don’t see much much😔 DAY TWENTY. ✅ Easy, I don’t see results anymore. DAY TWENTY ONE. ✅ Not much results as before. DAY TWENTY TWO. ✅ Same as before. DAY TWENTY THREE. ✅ DAY TWENTY FOUR. ✅ DAY 25. ✅ I think I will stop updating, but I will still do it. It helps majorly after you do it the first week and after that it slows down. Good luck to anyone doing this. 9/14/23 edit: I’m still doing this challenge and it’s two months later since I started. I can see visible results as I lost some of cheeks, and even noticed by my aunt. I usually skip around and do the exercises that I want to do. You got this don’t give up

Alright here we go, 15 days! Day 1 : Well my jaw went so sore during the kiss and tongue one but it feels good later. I hope to follow this everyday! Remind me though! Day 2 : Things are going pretty fine. Tho those two exercises still make my jaw go numb💀 Day 3 : uhm done, the tongue thing makes me dizzy idk why. Day 4 : Done! the tongue roll exercise makes my face so warm and i feel dizzy! Day 5 : uhm mhm everything seems to go well, lets see what happens. Day 6 : done! i dont see a big difference but i guess lets do some more days! GUYS. This indeed works, but make sure to do at least twice a day if you're doing this for 15 days. And if you wanna remove lots of fat then sure, do continue for a month or so for better results. My face did get a bit slimmer, I'm thinking to start again from 2nd OCT, 3x a day for 7 days. (guys thanks for reminding me. This week went pretty hard for me. I barely got anytime for myself. College life is pretty stressful)

I’m going to do this everyday so I’ll keep you updated !! Day 1: ✅ No visible changes yet obviously, but really felt like my jaw was being worked out. Day 2: ✅ Felt kind of harder than last time, probably just because I put more effort in. Still no visible changes yet. Day 3-6: ❌ I’ve been busy with school so forgot 💔💔 I'm going to start being more consistent though ! Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Not sure if it's a placebo or not, but my jaw already looks a lot more defined.
