My door is worse than your door...was. I don´t know if I can make my door better than your door...is. I am going to try to wake up with the same plan you had because I just can sleep on it anymore! Thank you Florida Van Man...all the way from Spain!

If you and your family ever find yourself traveling West on I-10, before I make it to FL, you have a standing invitation to stop by (NM). Would love to hire you for some consulting work on my 2006/2500 while you are here. So difficult to find mechanics out here who share the enthusiasm for the T1N. Love your channel!

Hi from the UK I have the same problem but mine is even perplexing. Door leaking only occasionally so I've no idea why. Great vids

If not the trouble shown in this video or a rotting door seal, I'd think it must be the top roller I look at first in this video. When those wheels wear out the roller doesn't turn the last corner smoothly and hangs up just at the last few millimeters.

I still can’t get my sliding door to close properly. I know you got a vid on that. But can you do another one ;). Specially about adjusting the three rollers.

Hello FVM, ah I am struggling with the leaks on the front door even after replacing the weather striping. I covered the top part so the rain can get in but seams line somewhere on the front (hing area) water slides in and then leaks out on the bottom of the door into inside area. I have to loosen up the locking mechanism to adjust it so I don’t have to slam the front door to get closed but even this tight closure water gets in. Is my door bent? Can be my hinges out of shape? My driver side sits a little lower on the back and the li es are siting lower on the back can it be the case( bent hinges)? Any other adeas? Please. Thank you

Yes, I have another recent video showing how to bend the front doors back up and explaining why I've seen them sagging. kzread.info/dash/bejne/hZeoprZ9g9jRYrw.html After getting this adjusted as close as you can, put a flat piece of paper over the top of the door and close it. Then try to slide the paper out while the door is closed. If it is tight, the seal is tight. If it is not tight roll the window up ALL THE WAY and put a block in the footwell so door cannot close. now push the top of the door closed. you might need to stand on a bucket for this and we ARE bending the door gently.

@@FloridaVanManI will try that little by little, just amazed that this heavy duty door can slowly deformed over time. Seems like the steel material on these vans are very soft and easy to be corroded and rust, thanks again.
