Not a lift question but , Is that a tile floor or something else ?

Are there instructions to be able to flush mount the controls into the cabinet like in this video? From the website, it looks like the controls are in a separate tower

The control panel and power unit in this particular garage were custom installed by the owner and his contractor. The standard configuration comes with a pedestal mount for the power unit and control panel. We are able to accommodate custom hose lengths for specialized installations. Does this require a level floor or is it safe for the typical 2 car garage with a 2-3 inch slope ?

Really like this lift but unable to understand why the platforms don't have the adjustments for length and the front and back? I have worked with the Rotary full rise scissor lifts and by experience, I know that those adjustable pieces come in handy for different wheelbase vehicles

Adjustable end platforms would be nice. Bendpak makes a longer extend/fixed platform like this model. Believe it’s MDS EXT

Can this be properly installed in already built home or is this for new construction homes?

This can be installed in an existing home garage. In this particular instance the owner had the garage remodeled. The home and structure were in place before the lift installation and garage remodel. It does require the concrete to be re-poured for the lift frame assemblies. How much concrete will depend on your specific use case and how you'd like the lift configured.

is it for rough use? I mean for a shop or is it only for home personal use?

The MDS-6LPF lift was designed first and foremost for the professional shop environment and is intended for heavy use. However, many of our home-use customers prefer to have the robust build of a shop-lift for their home garage and therefore choose to install these lifts for DIY applications.

How much space in between the lifts? 24"?

If your attention span is less than 12 seconds, you are correct. But if your attention span is just a few seconds longer, you'd notice it was clearly shown flush to the floor.
