Had the pleasure of working on this video (check description). Derek and Alexis are so down to earth and genuinely fun to be around. Alexis is a sweetheart! I wish them nothing but success. They definitely deserve it

This one is my favourite soundtrack after watching the voyeurs❤️❤️❤️
This is a crying on the shower jam. Their best song by far
I can only stare into the field for so long I can only stare into the field for so long Watching you from the chair Dragging a brush through your hair You're just right over there You know, I'm grieving, giving off heat, oh Cross my heart, hope to die You and I, you and I Why aren't we sharing the breath 'Til there's nothing left but carbon dioxide Why won't you let me come over And do what you want me to? Ooh I can only stare, I can only stare (You see, it's pulling my heart down, it's pulling my heart down) I can only stare, I can only stare (You see, it's pulling my heart down, it's pulling my heart down) I’d like to go back there but I can I can only stare, I can only I’d like to go back there but I can I can only stare, I can only Do you know how I feel knocking on your door Till my knuckles bleed? I can’t perform miracles, It’s dedication time, oh oh oh I can only stare, I can only stare (You see, it's pulling my heart down, it's pulling my heart down) I can only stare, I can only stare (You see, it's pulling my heart down, it's pulling my heart down) Will my knees buckle if my head Never fully heals, never fully Will my knees buckle if my head Never fully heals, never fully
This still my favorite song 2024

Lmao. 27 was so smart, he really understood the whole meaning of it all.
This song always 100% guaranteed puts me in a good but down mood. It gets me in a great mood because it's one of my favorite songs of theirs, the lyrics are raw and deep, I catch myself living in a music video when I hear this song, and it's just so fucking great. The lyricism gets me in that state of mind when it's excruciating to only be able to watch someone live without you and blah blah, can only stare. I feel it. forever loving sleigh bells
She looks so good with grey hair.
impressive progression in Alexis utilizing more of her range and their sounds. 10 out of fuckin' 10!
i hate how underrated these guys are, they make such wonderful musics with BEAUTIFUL lyrics they deserve MORE recognitions
I can't decide which I lke better, the video or the music. Very excited to hear Jessica Rabbit.

At last a new real good Sleigh Bells track... I've been waitin' this since "Comeback Kid" ... already nearly 5 years ago !
The only thing I want to listen to right now. So pumped for the album!
Holy shit, I LOVE this!! The guitar texture during the chorus kind of has a New Order vibe to it
shook when they played this in the voyeurs because it has been my favorite song since it first came out and happy to see it getting more recognition!
Sleigh Bells magnificent performance on Stephen Colbert brought me here. So thankful

You know that feeling you get when you’ve waited, what feels like a lifetime, for something, you think will be pivotal, only to be disappointed when you finally get it, you still feel like you’re waiting and ultimately, feel empty because of it? I don’t know if that’s what this song is about, but, that’s the feeling I get.

I hope the whole album sounds like this, love how all their albums have unique distinct sounds!
I highly recommend listening to the podcast "Song Exploder" as they cover this song in an episode. The podcast breaks down a song into individual details and discusses the creation of the song with the artists. The episode for this song really increased my appreciation of what I think is the best Sleigh Bells song. Cheers!
