Late but it’s a bad storm right now … thunder just hit my house and I started panicking then this video popped up… thank god for KZread listening in on what I need

It’s storming really bad right now and the power is going in and out and I live alone so I’m hiding under a blanket sobbing. I’m terrified of thunderstorms, absolutely terrified. It’s pathetic since I’m 22, but my hands are shaking as I type this comment. I see scary things out of the corner of my eyes when I look around and I think I’m going to die. My heart is gonna up and stop. I’ve listened go this on repeat four times because I just need you to keep talking. Pray for me.

That sounds like highly developed anxiety. I myself have this problem, and I recommend you reach out to someone, because there's a lot of things that may help! Stay strong King/Queen/Greatness

It’s storming bad where I am at the moment and I’m crying and shaking because I hate them so much. I used to love them now they scare me to death- and this is the first storm with thunder that I don’t have my best friend to comfort me.. so thanks I needed this
