I’m anxious today this is what i needed to hear. God I know this may seems a little bit weird but i just need to vent for a little bit. I’m tired of bottling things up. I have a fear of talking in front of people. Presenting in front of the class i just hate being around people and being social. it makes me so nervous to the point where i get to have panic attacks all of the sudden. I don’t know how to talk properly to them. Sometimes when people talk to me I don’t respond i just sit there and stay silent i try to avoid them so much, it upsets me cause i’ve been trying to cope with others but it just doesn’t work. Anyways um your video especially this one has made me feel so much better. Thank you ash. Your videos mean a lot to me. They really help me. Even when i found your channel a week ago. honestly when it rains its very hard for me sometimes, i get alot of trauma flashbacks from my childhood - my home town got hit with a hurricane and i almost died in it . and its pretty embarrassing too, if im with my friend and it starts raining i end up having to leave out of embarrassment bc i dont want to cry infront of them
