Doctor sahab thank you very much. really you have provided us very useful and good information for those who are facing non-breaking sleep aur wants to get deep sleep. Besides above, before going to bed for sleeping, do your necessary work but don't think to make any planning for tomorrow on bed. Try to keep your mind calm and peace either by meditation or your own style. This will also help you to get deep sleep. I always try to remember my God at bed time and early in the morning always pray to Him for passing a nice day. I am at the age of 66 years

Adding two more very imp point: 1.neend ko jitna jaldi ho sake utna best hai.. 9 baje sone koshish karein... and 10pm ko strict sleep mode...isase bahut quality neend aata hai and after sleep bahut relax & energitic lagta hai 2. koshish karien ki sunset ke baad kam se kam khana khayein ya bilkul na khayein...chai, coffee, daaru party, light food, halka phulka, snacks, mazboori dinner shud be strictly avoid...aur tab halke pet jaldi sone se body ko 200% relax and sone ke baad full refreshment... shuru main hait dalna difficult hai lekin ek baar routine main aa jane se zyada jealthy and more productive life ka mode aa jata hai... asal main insaan ne light bana ke aur der raat tak jaag ke apna kabada kar liya...& doosri impurity life main ye daali ki shaam ke baad active life jeena (ghumna, night walk, kitty party, anniversaries, exam result night party, birthdays, salary milne ki daaru party) aur dher saara deep fried pet bharna became a routine...

Dr. Sahab, good information you are providing to public. Let me share my experience on sound sleep, how to go into sleep. I had heard of meditation but never went for that. On my retirement, I started all that what I could not do during my busy service life. Meditation you know are of so many types and perhaps a person always sleep in meditation state, precisely wild meditation. You always go into sleep after thinking wild and fantastic for you. I started practicing wild meditation. After walking, exercises, yoga you are suppose for shavasan, when you must start concentrating and relaxing all parts of your body (leave loose the parts) starting from toes of your feet to top, venturing to arms. I sometime fall into sleep after that momentarily. If you practice the same at the time of sleeping you will definitely go into sound sleep.

Plz tell me what can I do for my eyes dark black circles because when I come in England from India after here big problems weather. All the time rain and cold so my eyes eachy when I did rub so dark more dark and tear come out. I feel embarrassed. Plz advise to me sir.
