What a great vidio . Father. & son fishing & camping together. & the dog of course.

I'm sitting here thinking what to say about this - there's so much I could say... Lemme try... I'm corrections, so I'm not at home staying safe - in fact where I work we're all a little stressed out these days... but, man, your video reminds me of better times and took me away from it all. I can't thank you enough. Secondly, the guy who rolls out moose steak and bannock never has to apologize for turkey bacon! Lol! I just loved the whole thing: father - son overnighter, great fishing, great gear, great food and great times. In fact, honestly, one of the best videos I've seen a long time! Thanks!! 👍🏻

Thanks Josh. We have found that spending time outside together is the very best way to handle these days. We spent the day out in the woods today with our snowmobiles and chainsaws cutting wood. We had a boil up and enjoyed the beauty of the day👍

Loves it! Really had a couple good chuckles at Andrew holding back a grin when you were talking about the stove! Cheers and stay safe!

As a boy, I lived in Schefferville and Labrador City, and these memories still live strong within me, along with the lessons I learned in the bush. I hear you Mike. I’ve lost close loved ones as well. My dad is 83 now and still living, so I consider myself very lucky.

Things are so different in the world these days....seeing others now almost feel like a threat....even seeing friends is strange now as you just can't communicate.....I spoke to my favourite cabin buddies from out on their front lawn while they stayed inside....normally we would be together most of the time....needless to say I am waiting for it all to settle down as well....lets just pray it's not too too long into the future👍

That’s my favorite part about his videos. I’m sure envious of the time he spends out there with his kids. You can’t put a price tag on times like that, but if you could, it would be huge.

Beautiful fish! Looks like you guys are having a great time! I remember being small kids going all together with the families to “chucks secret spot” sometimes took a couple hours to get to and tight squeezes in the truck but we always got big fish and great memories!

Awesome I had a similar relationship with my dad here on the Avalon we spent lot time in the country. We haven't as many Good spots here anymore for the good fishing unfortunately so I enjoy the videos from the big land.

I always look for the ultimate tent stove, and I really think I have it with this one. I meant to mention the fact that you have the 949ig but it slipped my mind in all the hustle and bustle of the trip. Thanks for tuning in again👍

@@ChuckPorterEverythingOutdoors I did watch for it, but no worries, sir. I do see the difference in the black vs grey interior. Your camera (or skill) still captured inside the tent excellently. Glad you like that stove. Everything attached and fits inside is certainly a bonus with it. -Steve

one heck of a trip i'd say!! very cool and some nice gear ya been getting. Makes life out there more enjoyable doesnt it!

It’s very nice to have some gear that’s applicable to your lifestyle for sure. The sand company is sending me a few other things soon as well. Can’t wait to try and incorporate into a future video 👍
