It's inexcusable that this song isn't more popular. This is; lyrically, one of their best songs. Musically it is still right up there. This song deserves more recognition.

IDK to each there own, hearing this for the first time, it's slow and kinda boring... Waiting for something good to happen the whole time, and when it finally does it's underwhelming at best

He loses the momentum after the ultraviolet lyrics imo. Like he builds it up soooo much. Love the song but that and the robotic ending makes it bizarre at first.

After several listens it completely signs to alot of feelings towards hate death and love and beening saved by a love one or a energy in your life. Completely agree it definitely a top tier leep token song..

I absolutely agree this is a wonderful song it's just a level that you get to when you listen and only people who are on that level get what I'm saying.. there's a lot of songs in the world that don't do a lot for me but with sleeptoken I feel. And when you are completely numb and something makes you feel you sit up and take notice and give respect

Especially at the end where you display the band name and song title. The music is going out hard and then "Sleep Token" "Higher" displays...it's like "That's right, you're listening Sleep Token, motherfuckers!" Love it.

With the lyrics "you wont begin again" It feels very reminiscent of Opeth, around 3:08 it takes on their vibe rather well!
