Beautiful reaction to a beautiful song. Sleep Token's songs will not stop making you speechless. If you want hard Vore is SUPER hard. Aqua Regia would be good to transition into some harder songs in their portfolio. Chokehold and Alkaline are 2 other good choices. Can't wait to see more!

When I saw the title I guessed it would be a surprise for you; yes it’s a really poignant song about a single sided relationship. I can hear Eddie Vedder influences in the vocals (Pearl Jam vocalist), it’s nice and simple, just him and the piano - nowhere to hide! Nice reaction Jenna really enjoyed it 🌹

The mask allows Vessel to be vulnerable, as shown here. There is another version of Blood Sport from their first album Sundowning. I could request so many songs..like Aqua Regia is phenomenal 😊..but also if the requests are getting a bit heavy, Unleash The Archers is another great band but a little more..uplifting lol. A Female fronted Power Metal band from Canada and one of the best out there right now. Abyss is a great starter song of theirs but regardless of all that, whatever you react to just keep killing it! 🤘💜🙏

Dive into Sleep Token, they can be deep and soft, they can be ethereal, they can go real hard and switch to spoken word or even rap. They are not weak on talent, skill or surprises. Cutting edge is kind of a simple way to describe them. Great video, do more.......

This is the stripped-down full piano version of this song. The original album version has some metal instrumentation (as well as piano, though I think it's a keyboard in the original? not sure). I actually prefer this version, though.

I feel what you were trying to express, his growl/roar was like a pleading out or screaming out against what had his heart on fire ❤️‍🔥 you should try rivers between us by draconian. There’s something more to everything with sleep token because they are anonymous and do not speak or do interviews. The silence there is powerful but they kinda get you in the opposite way Marilyn Manson got you, rather you expect something 110% different only to find a beautiful melodic masterpiece

I love how every one of their last 3 albums connects with each other, some songs have connection in lyrics, some in actual acoustics, such as The Night Does Not Belong to God (first song from first album) and Euclid (last song in their last album). On top of Euclid basically being a combination of their albums

Great reaction. No matter how many times I hear this version of Bloodsport, it always chokes me up. Vessel just has a way of making you feel his pain. In fact, in the album version, you hear him sobbing at the end of the song. I hope you dive deep into their entire discography, as each song emotes a different powerful emotion and will surprise you in how diverse and genre bending this band is! Stay safe 🤘 ✌️

Their song Take Me Back To Eden is my favourite song of all time and it will blow your mind, trust me. His voice in that is out of this world with his voice

Just Vessel's voice and a piano is an absolute treat. If you want to check out what a "full" Sleep Token song sounds like, Jaws is a great one to check out

You should really check out their song "The Night Does Not Belong To God", it's such a great song that i feel alot of people overlook. It's the opening track for their first album in their trilogy of current albums. It's a must listen song if you're gonna continue into the rabbit hole that is Sleep Token.

i totally get it, listening to SLEEP TOKEN for the first time seems like a brain freeze / fog,.. we are all in awe of what they have created,.. the music is so out of this world, sometimes I feel we don't deserve them,...

Shame on whoever broke this nice man's heart.

Lots of great songs from them. They have a wide sound range. Everything from soft like this song to very heavy. Vessel writes everything except the drums. their bassist and guitarist are there for performing

I was surprised too, but for a different reason! I listened to quite a few Sleep Token songs some months ago on recommendation, but didn't really connect with them very well. I guess their style is just very very varied and perhaps I listened to the wrong songs because that was really, really good.

I really am loving how many independent artists these days are defying labels. Like Ren and several others, you can't really define a genre for them. They actually do a jaw dropping rendition of Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance With Somebody".

Welcome to ST! I highly suggest starting with Sundowning the album and going through their catalog. The 3 albums tell a story. If you like acoustic Vessel does The Room Below which is all acoustic. They have a range of songs and they aren’t all stripped down like this. Also look into live performances they’re fantastic!

The Albums tell a story and are supposed to be watched in order to get the full picture as it comes full circle so I recommend that. And they aren’t a rock band as they make music from multiple genres in every song.

If you like metal, deathhore, funk, pop, techno, emotions, then you'll like them

I will keep following you on your journey with this band, but I need to hear more to decide whether I really like them or not. This was beautiful but, I find I am a bit put off by the masks. I'm getting used to growling, maybe I will get used to the masks.

His songs are a journey, but if you want to listen to more elaborate songs look for alkaline, the love you want, or the new album where each song is a success and for many it is the album of the year.

I feel like I just watched you fall in love

Hello, dear Jenna! I'm so happy to see you again today! I like Sleep Token, at least the 4 or 5 songs that I've heard. I didn't know about this one, which is very different from the others, and which reinforces to me the idea that this band is all about the music and the emotions, regardless of the genre of music (and that's great!). I made a decision yesterday. With you, I'm going to change the way I usually use the reactor's videos. Until now, I've been following, say, twenty reactors, but only for the music/bands I like. When I don't know the band, I listen to 5 to 10 seconds near the beginning and middle of the song, and if I like it, I watch the whole reaction. And if it's a gem for me, I dig deeper into the band and eventually add some songs to my playlist, subscribe to the band's channel, and so on. But if I don't like my 20 seconds listening to the song, I stop right there (KZread is big enough for that!). But with you it's different, your will to discover music in a way other than through the media (radio, TV, ...) corresponds perfectly to my state of mind and the emotions you transmit in reaction to the songs you listen to are very close to mine. And so, if you'll allow me, Captain Jenna, I'd be happy to come aboard your boat on a daily journey to unexplored music, and to accompany you in all your videos, from 0:0 to the end, and even if I have a preconceived notion or if I don't appreciate the music you react to. And if you managed to read this far in my too long comment, I also noticed that you use your acting skills by acting out your intro lines in different ways. I really appreciate this little detail ☺️👍 (or I'm wrong...😂) And finally, I'm soooooo happy to end my too long comment with: "See you tomorrow, Jenna! 👋☺️"

I agree, some things might not always be to my taste, but you’ll never know until you really give it a try! Maybe we’ll love some, maybe we won’t… but most art can give you something, even if you don’t love all of it. Also, I do try and change up the intro as much as I can! Vessel I (Vocalist) composes all of the songs. Vessel II (Drummer) composes all of the percussions. III and IIII play out at all live venues supporting the material. They have it all. This is a rabbit hole worth getting lost in. Just pick a song and enjoy. One of my personal favorites and I think may also be one you would thoroughly enjoy is "The love you want." It's along the same lines as this masterpiece. The video is a stunning visual masterpiece, The song should get regular rotation on any radio station.

As you like acoustic stuff and gorgeous voices, couple of suggestions: -Poets of the Fall, Angel, Alexander Theater sessions. They are a rock band, but this is just a pianist on grand piano and the singer, and it's gorgeous. And heartbreaking. -Nightwish, the Islander. Like you said, being solo is another thing entirely. Here's Marko entertaining 20+k people just himself and an acoustic guitar.

I'm probably going to get a lot of hate for this comment but, while the song sounded beautiful... the lyric kinda just felt... creepy to me. Maybe I need to listen to it a few more times to see what I'm missing. There's probably something that i just don't "get". Sounds amazing , but the lyrics just made it weird for me.
