At night we can dream the most wonderful but also imagine the most terrible so this session is intended to create a safe space, where you are free in mind and body to get a restful night's sleep. As a former insomniac I know the value of a good night's sleep. So I very much hope and intend for this to help guide you to calm your mind to sleep well tonight. This is an update to an older version of this script. This was an important script for me. I hope that everyone can experience both unconditional love and complete peace of mind in their lifetime. Sarah, thank you for caring so much about your content. It further exemplifies that you are a true humanitarian, healer, light worker, and an Angel on Earth! My dreams are always vivid. Some, are premonitory (those are different from my "regular" dreams). I also have occasional nightmares and sometimes, night terrors. This particular meditation helps me immensely with that, and with bouts of insomnia. I am excited to hear this new version. Thank you so very much!☮️🩷✨️

I very much hope and intend for this to help. I most definitely had those who find night time a time of anxiety or, at least, a time that is not as restful or peaceful as it should be, at the forefront of my mind. That is why I specifically chose these four angels and also wrote them to appear in a very specific order to guide you, the listener through a gentle emotional journey to prepare mind, soul and body for a restful night's sleep.
