    I think you should have a proper diet. Get proper sleep..whatever that is to you. And exercise..!! There is no greater wealth than your own health...whatever problems you face now will not matter in a year or 5 years Max. But if you get in the habit of working out and being healthy in general, that will stay with you even when you're old.

    Prabhu gi mere itni jaldi nind nhi aati mein thoda sa sham mein soo jata hu 1,2 ghante fir tab se jage jage raat ke 4 baje jaakar sota hu target pura karne ke baad then tab 4 se subha ke 9,9:30 tak uthta hu or apni thakur sewa karta hu fir padhne bethta hu kya ye shi hai mein late night study karne mein jyda comfortable feel karta hu kya ye shi hai?

    I am planning my sleeping routine , my class held 10.am to 2.30 pm i am thinking i should sleep on 3.30pm and wake till 7 pm and then slepp 12.am and wake up 1.30 am is this right for me ass a student
