I think you should have a proper diet. Get proper sleep..whatever that is to you. And exercise..!! There is no greater wealth than your own health...whatever problems you face now will not matter in a year or 5 years Max. But if you get in the habit of working out and being healthy in general, that will stay with you even when you're old.

Sabka mind alag alag h mein 8 baje se phle nhi uta kabhi bhi mager mein 8 bajte hi chair par beth jata tha jab log nahate or kanaa kate tab mein padai karat or mrg ka breakfast nhi karta tha mein direct 2 pm kata tha kana taki pese bache thode or ye kaam 8bje se 2pm tak roj daily padta tha bas mujhe apne kaane par control karna aa gya to 2pm jab utta to mein bhot khuch kar leta ...phir nahata kata or sab karta or 4 pm aaram se bethta or 5 pm se 1 mock deta ye kaam daily 3 month kiya jab log newayear celebration kar rhe the tab bhi mein kiya or sab dosto ko block kiya yha tak ki sister ko bhi block kiya 3 month or only watsup use karta yputube per study vedio only dekta aaj final conclusion chamatkar hua Mere bhot exam qualify hue Final mein gurupd railways join kiya or cand w post per hua Then resign kar diya or aaj mein commercial cum ticket ctc post per join kiya h 🎫🎫 Only regular karo chamatkar hota h or sabka mind alag alag h

Mujhe bhi aise h hota h. Aur mein subah jaldi kabhi nahi uth sakti hu. Meine sabh technique try ki par koi asar nahi huwa toh mai ajkal 2-3 baje Tak padha hu aur subha 9-10 baje utha hu aur ajkal Mera schedule thik h.. Aur ha mujhe raat ko padhe wakt jyada distraction nahi hota...

Prabhu gi mere itni jaldi nind nhi aati mein thoda sa sham mein soo jata hu 1,2 ghante fir tab se jage jage raat ke 4 baje jaakar sota hu target pura karne ke baad then tab 4 se subha ke 9,9:30 tak uthta hu or apni thakur sewa karta hu fir padhne bethta hu kya ye shi hai mein late night study karne mein jyda comfortable feel karta hu kya ye shi hai?
