Your hair reminds me of mines glory days😄. Back when I did weekly deep conditioning. DETANGLED!!! Oiled every night. I kind of fell off the horse out of pure laziness. I literally have four sectioned braids under my headerap right now. Nothing but major tangles in there. I deep conditioned with hair mayonnaise, an Avo mask by Avon and Africa's Best olive oil leave in thing over the weekend. I'll be relaxing with the super strength stuff this Friday. I pray I get a straight sleek finish like yours. Too, too gorgeous!!🌹

Hey Tamara! Nice video. Does eco styler gel gives ur hair this extra hold! I tried several times but couldn't have it hold my hair talk more of making baby hairs!. Am on relaxed hair but it kinda works more for natural hair. I don't know. What's your opinion??

What relaxer would you recommend for natural hair? It’s been a while since I’ve put a perm in my hair.

I don’t have a edge brush so what can I use instead And also I use a different gel not eco gel and is that okay?? Btw I love your channel 💓

You can use a toothbrush (a new one )

So like when I apply gel will I have to wash my hair afterwards?

I live in protective styles and I relax it every 8 weeks.

i have never been able to gel my 4c hair sleekly until i relaxed it

I'm currently doing my pony and I'm in the process of perming my hair but my question is can you wash your hair before you perm it?? I have alot of gel residue from slicking it down so much with gel

Never wash your hair before a perm. It’ll irritate the scalp and cause some burning. It’s best to perm with dirty hair. Some hours before perming, lightly spray some water on your hair to help break down the stiffness of your hair caused by the gel. I say “some hours before” because you want to allow your scalp to relax before you start the perming process. I hope this helps.

Where did you get your bristle brush, comb, and edge brush from????? Also, I use eco styler gel to slick back my hair, but there always seems to be a white residue. How do you stop that from happening?

Everything’s from the Beauty Supply Store. I never have white residue in my hair. Try applying some hair oil on your hair after you’re done styling it.
