They lock in place, plus improved contouring.

This is the same style of restraints that’re featured on rides like Pantheon and VelociCoaster. They sit on your lap differently than that of Skyrush’s old restraints, reducing pain to the thighs, while also being constructed differently. Having experienced them on VelociCoaster and Pantheon, they may just be my favorite restraints out there!
I would of liked it better with a over head shoulder bar restraint so you hold it with both hands so you can't bend your F**** body down on the drop and damage your spine!!!!!!! That'll be way way wayyy better I'm sad about this. Please sky rush rethink about this, at least they made the thigh crush restraints better.

I think just about everyone would disagree with that haha! These restraints allow for the same safety of an over the shoulder restraint while also giving immense freedom of movement, which is especially great on a ride like this. If you do feel like you need to hold on, there’s grab bars right by where your hands would naturally rest.
