This ride is INSANE! I remember being thrown out of my seat on that sharp turn right after the first drop! Such an amazing ride!

I searched up “.” For the weird videos and this came up. Skyrush took that personally.

200 ft in 10 seconds though, I'd almost call that more of a launch than a lift.

20 mph cable lift...if I'm not mistaken that may be the same speed as maverick's lsm lift hill so you're definitely not wrong here.

Intimidator 305 at KD had the fastest cable lift of a roller coaster until they slowed it down a little bit along with the retracking the first turn and first hill trim brakes.

What a seriously sexy ride. Those supports just look great and the way the train moves just looks amazing especially over water. Hershey park is fantastic

I can’t imagine how insanely good this ride would be if I could actually feel my legs

Skyrush is so deceptive. POV's make it look alright but on-ride is amazing.

This is the most intense roller coaster I have ever ridden... so intense that I think it's too intense... Coming down the first drop and turning into that first curve in the back causes my body to swing to the left then be crushed down by the Gs, it actually really hurt. The rest of the ride is alright, but there was one ride I got where the ride op literally stapled me, to the point of pain, and that is when I really had a distain for this ride. I just don't know how people can like this, and I'm someone who can marathon Maverick, El Toro and Steel Vengeance with no issues. I'll try to ride it again soon because I really do want to like this ride, but for right now, I just don't care for this attraction

Same. I rode this once the year it opened and it’s the only ride I’ve ever ridden where I was so distracted by the pain that I couldn’t tell you if the ride was good. Like to this day my only memory of this ride is the restraints.

For me it’s the ride op and I usually get a good one and don’t feel any pain at all

It's amazing how they were able to wrap Skyrush around The Comet and fit it into such a compact space. I thought they would've built it out where the Wildcat is...

This is easily the best ride there! I don't understand the problem everyone has with the restraints. They could be better but they're fine. The drop is incredible and the airtime is some of the most intense I've felt on a coaster!

0:27 you can actually see the camera jump up a little. That drop is amazing, and the new paint job is looking incredible!

They actually just pressure washed it! Once washed they realized how good the paint still looked and left it!

Like the povs but I think the camera needs to be pointed slightly farther down so we can see more track directly in front of the train instead of the next element

Nah, I honestly kind of disagree. A lot of POVs are pointed way to far down so you can only see the track but basically nothing more, so I definitely prefer this one. If it's just a tiny bit as you mentioned, it should be fine. :D

POVs don’t do Skyrush justice. Although, my thighs started hurting while I watched this

Love y’all’s videos, just started watching the channel last week. With Kings Dominion and Busch Gardens Williamsburg being my 2 home parks I naturally connected and I love the mix of vlogs and reviews

I rode this for the first time a few days ago. It was amazing! I didn't have much of a problem with the restraints. Only during the ejector moments did I feel a little pressure on my thighs. But that little bit of uncomfortableness was worth it, though.

This coaster is a masterpiece, and it’s my current all-time favorite! With my tolerance and overall lack of sensation, there are not many rides where I can truly feel the intensity. But this is one of them. Although when I rode it in the front left wing seat a few weeks ago, the restraints came down on me more than they ever have before. I also got whiplashed twice.

I'm the same way. I've yet to ride this, hopefully gonna be able to this year, but I've been on a fair amount of coasters, and theres not many that can make me actually scream. Like I always scream on roller coasters, but like I mean full on, "I'm boutta die," scream. El Toro, anything launched, hypers, and I bet this will do that too.

@@Zatoka. While this wasn’t me, I can see where you’re coming from. PS: One cool thing is that even if your restraint comes down painfully low like mine did, you can still feel the airtime above where the bar sits on your thighs. If you’re able to overlook it like I was, it’s a surprising detail to the ride experience.

Guessing on the first drop when that little jolt happens and the twisted airtime hill

I’ve never been on this ride, but the layout looks amazing in this POV.

Skyrush is my favorite coaster at Hershey park

Maverick: tries to get you off it's back Skyrush: tries to kill you

The drop has a little kick / jolt to it that causes you to feel like you will be ejected from the car, not ejector airtime, legitimately trying to throw you out feeling, but it makes the ride even better Edit: just got off i305 and this is its little brother

First coaster I ever rode. I was about 20 and my friends bullied me into it. When we got off they all said "ok that might've been a little crazy for your first coaster." zero regrets it was a life changing experience.

I have to get to Hershey Park! I've traveled thru Pennsylvania so many times but next year I'm going for sure. Love seeing this skyrush video cause it's hyping me up more.

I really need to get there and ride this cuz from the POV it looks super boring and I know that’s not true.

I kust5 went two weeks ago. I would not ever forget again without getting fast pass

Intamin track and RMC raptor track are my two favorites, visually. They both look so cartoony, but in such a fantastic way (and ironically enough, a lot of them are yellow...)

I'm in line for skyrush and it broke down so I'm watching the POV LOL

I went on this for my first rollercoaster, and to keep it simple I regret it being my first one.

I couldnt lift my head going in the middle of the ride, but it was a great experiencr!

is it bad if i read the name automatically thighcrush out?

The camera or settings you use are really not suited for onrides, seems like those POV's are filmed in 20 something fps, which is fine for cinematic shots but it doesn't look good for fast moving imagery like coasters

If this ride had Hyperion-type trains with the newer lap bars, this would be a perfect ride. It’s still elite, but the restraints are incredibly polarizing and not the best

layout is great, forces are great, restraints are my least favorite on any coaster. that’s the only reason i dislike it. too painful and i’m average height and weight. hopefully you can enjoy it tho, have a nice trip

There was a malfunction with this ride when I went.. they sent us up about half way up the rails until the ride continued- one thing is for sure I'm never going on that suicidal ride again 😭🔫

This has got to be one of the worst hypers ever built

@@amyd46 definitely not rough. There’s a kink in the drop that makes it way more intense but definitely not rough. Ive been on a lot of rides and this definitely was not in any way “jerky”, unless that’s what you consider the extremely intense moments. If you want rough go ride kingda ka 💀💀
