Every day is brightened by an adventure on the beach. King Tide makes an appearance in Leucadia at Grandview and during super low tide tide pools appear creating magnificent reflections. As the sea recedes the beach is expands with rusty red cliffs reflecting in pools of water amidst rocks and sand and a gorgeous blue sky backdrop. It's breathtaking! Gentle ocean waves sound like music to my ears and so calming and relaxing to me, seagulls calling out to each other as surfers catch rides. Happy neighbors out and about, walking, talking, laughing ... children exploring and discovering small sea creatures in the cracks and crevices. A sky traveler appears and flies above and over us, circles around a few times to say hello. Life is truly wonderful. Breathe in and out ... salty fresh sea air refresh me, salt mist in my hair, wet sand on my feet, feeling contented, calm, relaxed and happy deep down to the depths of my soul.
