Yearning for a day by the Sea? Here is a soft and lovely sunset at the beach up the San Diego coast in the little surfing town of Encinitas. I love to cast to my tv as a beautiful panoramic sunset so it can play in the background. For me it feels like I have an ocean view in my little cottage and sounds so calming and peaceful like the sea is just outside my windows.
I can get mesmerized by watching the water ebbing and flowing as water goes in to the sandy shore and back out to the sea. My feet literally remember what it feels like as I stood there barefoot filming, cool beneath my feet as the salty ocean breeze across my face, through my hair. For days I'm stuck at home - this will help me stay grounded and centered and fulfilled.
