Sky-King Rich 'Beebo' Russell FULL AUDIO w/ Air Traffic Control

Комедия

in correct chronological order
this took pIace over about 75 minutes. i cut the audio from a frequency hopper that caught some of what they said to each other. unIess ATC reIeases their entire recording, this is the best youII get tiI they reIease bIack box audio, if they ever even do.

How doth the hero, strong and brave, a celestial path in the heavens paved? A great write up I saw: "I wanna talk about this. Because this is more than just "some dude stole a plane lmao." Richard "Skyking" Russell is the spirit of every person alive today in the West who has "that feeling," which really is all of us, whether we realize it or not. That feeling of hopelessness and lack of purpose, where one has no choice but to serve the machine and be extracted for their worth before they are discarded, with the only thing to show for their toils the benefit of others' bank accounts. No personal achievement. No fulfillment. Not even the feeling of being alive. But he made it. He got out. In a final act of glorious rebellion he slipped the surly bonds of Earth and the crushing weight of 21st Century life and took for himself the greatest freedom Man has ever known. His last moments were spent living Man's oldest dream, completely, utterly free. He soared through the skies, put out his hand, and touched the face of God. He is, without question, a folk hero on par with the greatest, and I'd even go so far as to say in some ways he became a Christlike figure as he died for our sins which created the very world that's crushing us. It is to me, unironically, one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen."

Not to put blame on the man handling Russell, but I feel like if they would've talked with him more than just flying the plane, loosened up, got to his level... maybe they could've got him to come back. He specifically comments how he'd like it to be more of something, but they are all just business. He really needed someone else in his ears.

“Minimum wage, well chalk it up to that, yeah maybe grease the gears a little bit with the higher ups, ah yeah.” The following day the corporate managers bought pizza and root beer floats for the employees. No raise in their BELOW MINIMUM WAGE PAY. That’s right, the airline industry is exempt from the $15/hr minimum wage laws passed by the state. These people have the highest security clearance of anyone working for the airline. The go through extensive background checks. When I did this in 2006, the pay was $9/hr. I did it part time for flight bennies but many like Rich here are trying to live and have a family on this working full time. Greed in America is out of control in our corporations.
