Agreed. Because at the end of the day, it’s just a game. And people are supposed to have fun playing games (even if it’s competitive). Nobody likes a sore loser.

I mean yeah but I doubt the daemon player expected to win. There’s no such thing as a for fun daemon army if you want to win. 0 room for off picks.

Even though this felt like an absolute slaughter I commend jt for still having fun and having a positive attitude towards the game and his opponent This is what 40k should be Great job with the animation and camera as always guys

I could not upvote this any more than it already has been. This is what 40K is about, I feel. Having fun, neither rubbing salt in on your opponent bad rolls, neither being sulky to your opponent who’s slaughtering minis on the table. Thank you for the positive vibe

Seriously if you're painting mettalics you need vallejo metal color. That stuff actually looks like metal and it's pre thinned since it's an airbrush paint. So you can go straight from the bottle onto the model with a brush.

What an engaging and entertaining way you have broken down, edited, voice overs, player interviews, graphics to display attack actions etc. I haven't seen any other 40k channels doing the same and it's so entertaining. I swear the friend I mostly play with must have made a pact with Tzeentch because every time we play he never rolls below a 4 and I’m just down way deep with my dice rolls at 1,1,1,1,1 and OOOOH… a 2

For a fun paint effect, try using a generic mother of pearl on their basecoat. I had a nice result playing around with that on GK's.

Mine are the custodes, they are the only ones I could afford And while now I have Astra militarum money, the not exactly humble custodes still hold a special place in my heart. I also quite like the gray nights they are the only Marine Army I actually like, seriously out of all the armies I hate only two and those are the necrons and all the space Marines armies. It's all down to aesthetics, You see I come from the cyberpunk red side of the board, so necrons just look like shity naked Borgs to me, and since I come from the halo and starcraft generation space Marines just look boring and Outdated compared to their more modern counterparts, And I don't mean in terms of paying jobs and such I mean like structurally from the bottom up specially when compared to designs made to exist on a 3D environment in high definition from the very beginning like the chief, and his mjolnir armour. And in terms of gameplay they just feel like infinitely weaker versions of my custodes.

These would be my favorite factions to see on the the table and the constant psychic back and forth added a whole other level of gameplay - great game!

now i really do understand that different people have different standards for painting and i do understand that not everyone is amazing at painting metallics, but at the end of the day when i was starting my grey knights army i literally went on youtube and watched videos of how to paint grey knights in particular and how to paint general metallics, both searches led me to amazing tutorials that let me be confident in the gravitas and splendor of my holy grey knights, AND their weapons, which when you take your time and learn properly really good force weapons are actually not difficult to pull off in the slightest

My favorite part of this was Tycho saying "Apocethary" over and over.

I don't think Crowe's Purifying Flame should've gone off that turn. Teleport strike says to set up more than 9" away, and P flame has a 9" range, so he shouldn't have been able to reach that turn.

You can fight the opponent but you can't fight the dice. That's a good one. Though it brings Starship Troopers quote to mind: '' The enemy cannot roll his dice... if you disable his hand''

About time we see some grey knights!!!! hopefully we see some more perhaps against word bearers and daemons, and perhaps with a better paint job.

I love your videos, they were used as my baseline as to what to expect from my Tau army and hopefully my new grey knights if I can find them, I do have a suggestion though, during the physker phase if you could display the spells they cast it would be really helpful (maybe just in the first pysker phase it's used), once again thank you and keep up the great content

You know, you guys should revisit this, but do it like the first war for Armageddon. Grey Knights vs. Angron and demons.

While I understand it's better to not call a game early, I couldn't help but laugh going into turn 4. 60 to 15 on top of that model disparity is just straight up GG. Which makes me sad because I love my daemons so for it to be so one sided was a bummer. Big props to JT for staying sportsmanlike with it.
