Teshar for graveyard recurrence, Glistening Sphere and Throne of Geth - among other proliferate options, that way you can spend the early game spreading the love / pinging around the table, then proliferate for the win

You're videos are so clean and easy to follow. You break everything down and every card has a purpose.

Lil bugger gonna result in some BIIIG damage! Amazing build as always! As for the vote... Dominus Red takes my vote, since all the others are kinda... dona already. White one is just Anointed Procession on legs, Blue one is just Doubling Season on legs, Black one is just Teysa Markov, and Green one... I can't recall what card it was, but I SWEAR there was a creature/enchantment that doubled stats. Or more of them. Unlike the Red one, whom I can only think of one Enchantment equivalent, which triples instead. Day 570 of waiting for the face reveal. So, WotC is going full Endgame with March of the Machines by the looks of it... thoughts?

Glad to hear you enjoyed it! Solphim, Mayhem Dominus does seem to be the run away favorite at this time, which doesn't really have a true counterpart (the closest would be Angrath's Marauders, but that applies to all damage, not just non-creature). And the green card you're thinking of is Unnatural Growth, which does the same thing Zopandrel does. Regarding MOM, I'm really hype for it honestly! All the stuff spoiled is so over the top and cool, it feel like what War of the Spark should have been. I'm just worried that WotC may have set the bar too high now, as I have no idea how they would ever replicate this in the future.

This deck's Mana curve is so low it qualifies as a tripping hazard. I like it, it's fun to be able to rely on always having the mana to cast what you want.

Dropped a vote for Tekuthal; would love to see what you'd do with a mono-blue Proliferate. Oh wait, I got an idea :)

Super spicy. Won the first game I played with it. One 1/1 double striker does 2 damage and delivers 8 poison damage. I'm not sure how well it will work as they know what it can do now, but great fun to play. Elesh norn (old one) completely shut the deck down. Definitely a weakness of it. I'd love to upgrade it even futher.

@@jameelkurabi you untap Skrelv 3 times, using his ability 4 times to give him 4xtoxic 1. Attacking twice he does 8 poison.

isnt Skrelv's Hive a good choice in this deck? Since the ideia is double strike and toxic? To add a little of life gain?

I would say that in its by no means a bad choice, since it does get us extra toxic bodies in play so that we don't have to rely entirely on Skrelv for poison counters and the lifegain can help stabilize us against other aggressive decks. Good suggestion!

Love the work as always, I'm super excited about planes chase commander packs in the future!!

This deck is just what I was looking for. I think Staff of Compleation can be a good fit here since you can untap it with the other artifact untappers in the deck and proliferate for the win. But it may come down to personal preference since Staff of Domination can untap Skrelv, and since you're most likely going to be paying 2 life to use Skrelv's ability, paying life to activate Staff of Compleation could be risky late game.

Since the deck uses Halo Fountain, for those looking to up the budget of the deck can replace Your Temple with Grand Crescendo, allowing you to still pay a minimum of 3 cmc, granting your creatures indestructible while also giving you a 1/1 creature token, or for each used to spend in the X, you can potentially flood the board with more tokens, making the Halo Fountain win con more of a possibility. And as mentioned, Skrelv's Hive can also provide extra tokens plus Lifelink to all creatures with Toxic.

That's pretty good!

It came out after this video was made so it's actually impossible for you to have considered it but Norn's Choirmaster would be perfect here. Proliferate every time Skrelv enters or attacks? Sounds like a good inclusion, even though it's CMC 5.

Would love to see a build with skrelv thats non budget. I love this commander

A non-budget version of Skerlv would certainly do so some damage, especially since white has gotten some very solid (and expensive) cards in the past few sets to improve its draw and ramp.

For the dominus only, no items, final destination showdown I have to go with Drivnod. It's been a bit since we've done an aristocrats build, and besides he's the only one that doesn't immediately assault my eyes with the artwork.

Fair - though to be fair - all the Dominia(?) have that whole biblically accurate angel thing going on so non of them are exactly pleasing to the eyes. Still Drivnod is a potentially indestructible Teysa Karlov, which does make it a fun aristocrats build around for sure!

Love seeing mono white get some love. Doublestrike is a great mechanic to pair with toxic, great include. Also, what do you think of Losheel, Clockwork Scholar in here? Have a great day.

Glad you enjoyed it! As far as Losheel, Clockwork Scholar is concerned, I do not think he is a good fit here, since we're lacking the critical mass of artifact creatures necessary to make him worth running in this build.

With how “toxic” my groups games have been lately I don’t mind a bit of mean

Built this and must say it was spicy! Really appreciate the work you do here, subbed! Wanted to ask if you would recommend cards like Elesh Norn (Grand Cenobite) to buff our creatures in the late game? As I found it difficult to close out games with our small creatures

I’d add the eternal wanderer planeswalker, it gives double strike samurai for 0 loyalty, and the proliferate will help in keeping her alive

True - and she is a boardwipe that we can activate the turn she comes down too - so I can see her being a decent inclusion. Good suggestion!

This might be a meta call (my brother plays a Tameshi deck with Solemnity), but I'd add Return to Dust and/or Crush Contraband as sidegrades for the build

Yeah - bolstering the decks removal package would be a good call (since this builds is a lot lower than I normally would run but had to to keep Skrelv alive and untapped). Good suggestion!

I have a question: if you untap and tap Skrelv multiple times, can you choose multiple colors and those colors stays valid (as the Toxic stacking) or not?

Sorry but I simple don't have the time to tackle older commanders at this time (WotC just keep releasing too many new ones) but if/when I do have the time, I'll be sure to let all you folks know so you can submit your suggestions on which older commanders I should tackle.

An interesting deck for an interesting commander. It's always strange to see such a low to the ground deck in a format with a high end reputation. For playing the deck, do you recommend targeting a single person and knocking the table out one by one, or to "spread the love" as it were? I remember your original Fynn the Fangbearer deck tech recommended the latter. Regarding the Urtet Upset, I suspect the reason might be because a lot of content creators have already covered Urtet (indeed Urtet is THE most popular commander from ONE/ONC), whereas Chiss-Goria has been covered far less. This should a good opportunity to show what an underplayed commander is capable of.

Glad you enjoyed it! For this build, since we're even lower to the ground than green and have less access to good sources of proliferate, the best course of action would be to focus on one opponent until they are knocked out, then move on to the next one (Making it a bit meaner than Fynn overall). And I suppose the Chiss-Goria win makes sense when put in that context - folks just haven't seen enough builds with him I suppose.

I’ll definitely second the one by one approach with Skrelv. Since he lack’s proliferate it’s far more effective and he’s easy to get ganged up on. The issue is when someone gets 8 poison counters, but better to remove them first. Watch out for artifact creatures.

My vote is for Drivnod. Seen too much Mondrak for my taste

It certainly can, since it can spread double strike to our non-double striking creatures and give evasion to our double strikers (sicne we have a decent number of fliers in the build). Sadly it doesn't spread the hexproof, unblockability, and toxic Skrelv provides though.

We actually do not have too many artifact creatures in this build to take advantage of Scarecrone's artifact creature reanimation, so I would advise against it in this particular build (unless we decide to take in a more artifact creature themed direction)
